Don’t waste your time with this company. I used to like them before I realized how unhelpful they were. Unknowledgeable. Bad advice. Went in for help with viewing my mov. files on my pc. The guy downloaded a bunch of unnecessary software to view them. Then he said I needed a $ 60 DVD burner because my laptop wouldn’t be able to burn them on it’s own. Then I discovered DVD flick downloaded it and got to burning my dVDs. I didnt need the external burner and I didn’t need all the junk they installed on my computer. I uninstalled the junk and tried to return the external burner but they refused to take it back. Thanks for nothing DK systems.

OMG, Thank you SO MUCH Derek @ #DKsystems! Not only could he do a house-​call for my behemoth of a computer, not only did he fix some crazy thing that was overloading my harddrive, but he also installed a needed DVD burner so that I could get my friend’s videos to him in enough time for him to give at Thanksgiving! Plus, he made it all happen in an hour! Thanks DK Systems! You rock!

The guys at DK are true pros! I bought a new computer for my son at Best Buy, an HP two in one tablet laptop. It had problems so naturally I took it back to Best Buy because it was under warranty
The GEEK SQUAD aka UP SELL KINGS decided that I needed to buy a $ 250 service plan from them because they said that the issue with et computer was not a warranty issue and as I was just about to sign up for it they then told me it would take approximately 45 days to fix! I then grabbed the computer and went to DK Systems.
I have used DK before and they actually fixed my sons computer, under warranty and way faster than Best Buy.
I was on a business trip to the East Coast and spilled water on my apple laptop, it shut down and of course I was concerned because of all the data on the unit. When I returned I took it straight to DK, they said that they were not sure they could recover everything and then they told me that a certain module for recovery had to be ordered from China due to the fact that Apple had used a new sophisticated hard drive in my Mac Book several years earlier and that they actually changed the hard drive after only one year so the recovery «tools» that third party vendors made were limited to say the least. I agreed that they should order that part even though it was estimated to take about 30 days for delivery and even then they could not guarantee that the data could be recovered!
What I really appreciate is the TRUTH! the guys at DK told me the best and worst case scenario. After only a couple weeks I got a call that said the part had come in and that they were able to recover my data! they even took my new computer and loaded all the files up for me. Everything was there and I was able to resume my normal daily computer work «now heres the good part» THEY WERE UNDER BUDGET AND FASTER THAN THEY PREDICTED!

I am heading there today to have them install more RAM on my sons computer and know they will do a great job. Thanks DK Systems your all real pros

I am extremely pleased with the new computer that Derek built for me. I started out with the idea of having my old computer repaired, but after consulting with Derek, we decided to put together a new machine with some nice upgrades and I am really glad we did, because this new one really flies. I highly recommend DK for repairs and for new systems.

I took my computer in for a power supply, and they said $ 35. When I picked up my computer it was over $ 200, because they made it faster and put in more memory. I didn’t mind that but a few months later the power supply went out again and they wanted $ 80 to look at it. Also my cd rom never worked again and they cant figure out why. I think they are more interested in making computers faster than making them reliable. I don’t need a fast game computer, I need a reliable computer for business.

Just went into DK Systems this past week. My monitor’s screen on my Dell dimension 8400 was blacking out repeatedly when power cycling it. Ryan at DK systems told me he thinks the issue could be the monitor but it needed to be tested and suggested I bring it in. Ryan just did a quick test, at no charge to see if screen is shot. Yes, it was a goner.
DK had several used monitors for sale, Ryan told me a ball park price over the phone $ 50. I ended up purchasing a used Dell monitor for $ 65 and it works perfect.
Ryan was so friendly and honest. I can usually tell if someone is trying to give you the run around to make a buck or if they are being genuinely straight up. Ryan was straight up.
This is my second experience with DK and as long as they are in business I am a customer. Last year I had a virus and they honored a coupon, I received in my local mailer for diagnostic and removed the virus like they said they would. After I went home with my not infected computer they continued to have conversations with me for the next week over the phone about my little questions. GREAT HONEST SERVICE.
To top it off I have a two and five year old who were very hyper when I took my Monitor in the on the cooped up rainy day. Ryan was very understanding and kind to my Mommy juggling act. Thank you.
When I need to purchase a new computer, hopefully not for awhile, I will be going to DK.

Have used DK a couple times and found that when you take computers in don‘t believe their time of diagnostic. They are afraid to tell truth about time. We were told twice that we were liars. This last time we finally went in and were told that they left msg. Not True! They also claimed that mother board was fried. I do not believe they even looked at computer except to take out battery. Stay tuned for verified result from another computer company.

DK Systems are thouroughly knowlegeable responsible and darn nice, too.
I’ve worked with them several times, and each time I’m more impressed.
I’d never look elsewhere for computer or networking issues.

DK systems is great! My computer got a nasty virus and they had to wipe the whole hard drive and reinstall everything. They also had a very small time window (less than 24 hours) in which to get everything done (I needed my computer back in time to send my payroll data to make sure all our employees got paid!). They arrived the next day, got me hooked back up and I was able to get my payroll finished in time. I highly recommend this company– Ryan is the best!

Have used them for years at my home in Cotati. Great prices for the highest level of service. I can call them about anything concerning my PC and get a very complete answer
