Worst place I have ever done business with. Ordered a couch that was delivered. Drivers couldn’t fit it through the door so that left it in the front yard. When I called them they said I would need to pay additional for someone the come out to disassemble it and then re– assemble. When I told them fine they said they have a opening in 9 days. Wtf Couch is in my front yard. So I called some friends and went through the back yard patio door.

This place deserves negative stars. I bought my couch and spent just under $ 1,500with their protection plan. When my couch was delivered we instantly noticed that the chase has a major sink hole in it. I assumed since i had the protection plan, and just bought the couch and the delivery guys said that something is not right with this, it would be a simple fix. HAHA the sales person did nothing, when asked to speak with the manager that was the worst decision. The Lady is the most rude woman I have ever meet, she has ZERO customer service, swore at me and my wife and was just disgusting. I had to contact her District Sales Manager to get a technician out and he came and said there is definitely something wrong with this couch. But when opening it up he doesn’t know what is causing the chase to be defective and there is nothing for him to fix. I asked the District manager to replace the chase as this was a sectional and he said that they could not do that. Even thought their technician called the product defective. I call the manager again to get a copy of the report from the Tech to submit myself from the manufacture and they lady just hung up on me twice before i had to go into the store. At that point she just continued to cuss and was over rude. I will be leaving this junk couch on their door step and tell EVERYONE to avoid this place as it was a complete NIGHTMARE! STAYAWAYTHEYHAVEZEROSERVICE!!!

I read some bad reviews online about delivery etc. But really it couldn’t have been better. Good service, good quality for the price range and great delivery guys. I had spied the sofa bed I wanted in another Jennifers store which had AWFUL reviews, so I almost didn’t go for it. I was really worried about the delivery. But I took the plunge and the guys arrived the day they were supposed to, within the 4 hour window(ok, so they were like 20 mins late, but, whatever) and then they set it all up like a well-oiled machine! I’d say it took them about 4 mins from when they walked in the door — these guys were awesome! The girl in the store was also super-helpful, she even fitted me into an earlier delivery as I was having some visitors over and I need the sofa bed for them to sleep on. Great experience and I love my new sofa-bed :-)

Like Rachel said… Great selection BUT!!! I bought a georgous off white couch that makes out into a bed. They told me the price. WOW! I’ll take it. Oh, but then there is a $ 200.00 delivery fee. «Can I pick it up myself?» No, they have to deliver. My thought is just tell us the full price in the beginning! They give you a 4 hour window, but they also tell you that the delivery guys might not be on time. I told them I only work 5 minutes from the apt. and could the guys call me when they get to town. No, & they will only wait 10 minutes, so if you aren’t there you’ll have to pay another $ 200.00 for them to come back! I took the day off from work to be there. They got there & set it up. I have it 2 days, sat on it with black workout pants & it stained! I called & the young girl said that the older woman told me that if you sit on it with dark clothes it might do that. Wait, WHAT??? If someone told me that I don’t think I would have bought the couch! I asked my daughter if she heard her say that. No, she didn’t hear that! They are very nice when you are getting ready to buy, then SNAP! They change! I will NEVER buy from them again. Oh yeah, I forgot… I bought the service package. If you spill anything on it they will fix it or repair it. BUT, they don’t cover stains from clothing. Sorry!

First I gotta say the selection is great. I mean there is a ottoman that turns in to a little single person pull out bed. How cool is that. They can turn anything into a pull out bed. That deserves at least 31⁄3 stars Now the staff and customer service on the other hand should get a 1 if not a zero. I purchased an entire living room set there. Couch, love seat, chair w/ottoman, coffee table, 2 end tables, 2 lamps, a rug and some decorative stuff. The sales lady(supposedly the store manager) was unsure of pricing so call another store to get prices. Then before we left the price had gone up 3 different times. I put a down payment on the furniture(they do have a great payment plan) and when I got home there was a message on my machine that the price had gone up yet again. I was not about to try and deal with the manager who kept upping my price so I asked for her bosses number to talk with him. She refused to give me any information on him at all saying he would not/could not help me only she could. Also told me I needed to stop complaining and that I was being a b**ch. I could not believe I was being sweared at. I called another branch and they gave me his email address saying they don’t do phone numbers for communication. I got a hold of him and he gave me the original quoted price in the store.(awesome!) When i told him about his employees attitude he said I must be mistaken she is not like that. My furniture was delivered in a good time span and the delivery guys were THEBEST!!! They helped us move the old stuff out and the new stuff in. They are not required to move out. I will say those are by far the best deliver set up guys I have ever seen!!! Unfortunately our coffee table was cracked right down the middle so we did not get those that day. they come in a pack with the end tables so we were table-less. They said I needed to call the local store to get a replacement. I tried and they said they were busy right now will call me back in 10 min. and hour passed and no call. The nice deliver guys stayed around and called themselves to get the order places. Also not there job(i gave them a nice tip) It took about 3 weeks to get our tables back after an excessive amount of back and forth emails. They refuse to talk to you on the phone. When we did get our tables there were scratches and little nicks in them. When we took a good look at our furniture there was a crack up the center of one of the couch legs. We paid for a lifetime warranty of the furniture so I thought hey no big deal I will just call and get a replacement. Wrong big deal. They said they would have to have a tech come out to examine the crack before they could send one, so for time and $$ saving on there end I emailed a picture to them. They sent me a leg 3 weeks later and it was the wrong color. I have cherry wood and they send light natural wood. So i emailed the northern California manager and he said the leg color is no different and they only have one color and manufacture so I am wrong. I was floored by this comment. I asked him to check again and sure enough about a month later i got a new leg the correct color. No apology for service or rudeness just the leg. Then(oh i know it keeps going) the fabric on the ottoman started to come off. I mean how many problems can one person have. This was very prompt I must say. They are more than likely tired of dealing with me by this point. They sent an ottoman tech out to look at it and his was extremely nice and fixed it in no time flat. The furniture there is pretty inventive, the staff is HORRIFIC and the delivery and tech are AWESOME. I think the management can learn a great deal from the hands on staff. Will I ever go there again NO would I recommend it NO. Maybe other states are different the Northern California never again.
