I brought my laptop in because it was having trouble ‘waking up’ up closing the top. Also, it needed memory and I was told it could benefit from a tune up. I now understand that this is computer repair speak for «hey, moron, glad you’re here — I have an imaginary service for you buy.»
At any rate, they took the laptop, then when I went to pick it up during normal business hours, they were closed with a note on the door. Worried and in need of my computer, I called. No one answered. This went on for 3 days!
There was no apology, and they charged me 180 bucks. Oh, and NOTHING WAS FIXED!
