My iPhone 6 screen was shattered!!! I got a new screen in 20 mins. Talk about fast they were super nice, I came in pretty close to closing and they still were willing to help me. If my screen ever breaks again (((HOPEFULLY NOT))) I know where to get it fixed! Thanks!!!

My wife dropped her iPhone 6 and the screen cracked into a spider web and she was devastated. I knew Apple would charge something crazy, but she needed it back right away. Enter Yakety-​Yak. The staff was super friendly but professional and knew what they were talking about. It’s a small shop, locally owned and the price was right. We wanted to wait (who wants to leave their phone somewhere for an extended time) and they replaced the screen on the spot in less than 30 minutes. Looked brand new.

Dropping my aging iPhone 5c on the tile at Subway while the sandwich artist was crafting my footlong steak and pepper jack shattered the screen, but provided the opportunity to have Verizon upgrade my phone for another two years. The 5c was perfectly operational otherwise, so we decided it would serve nicely as a non-​cell iPod for my 10 yr old daughter.
So, we took the phone out of cell service, and had Yakety Yak replace the broken screen. They were courteous, open on Sunday, fast, and cheaper/​more professional than those places in the mall.
The phone looks like new! Thanks YYW, and we’ll be back if another family phone takes a header at Subway.

I went thru several reviews on looking for a good spot to get my cellular phone fixed. I live in Roseville and decided to drive a little bit further, because this place had better reviews than the spots closer to me. And yes, I am glad I did. :)
I shattered the screen on my iPhone 6. And my husband had shattered the screen on his iPhone 6 plus. Lol. Yes. We understand now we need better cases. Lol. Anyways, I arrived at 10am when they opened and the gentleman there already had customers. I was still greeted politely. Anyhow, he quoted me $ 109 for my iPhone 6 and $ 140 for my iPhone plus. Which I found reasonable. I had heard this price range before. Which is why I was surprised to see on Unilocal that other places were charging as high as $ 165 for the same thing.
I was able to wait for them to repair my phone. Took them about 30 mins and my phones looked brand new! Beautiful! He even asked me if I had any that problems with my phone, which I had remembered I did have a speaker problem. He offered to order the part. Only cost $ 40.00.
The best part that I liked, is that they said their service comes with a 30 day warranty. Very cool. Good service and good customer service. Any future problems with my phones, I will definitely be making the drive to Rocklin to see them.

Ordered a replacement glass from Amazon and took my iPhone 6 to the store. I was told it may not work and would I authorize $ 109 for their part just in case. When I returned, they advised my part worked fine and only charged $ 50ish when they easily could have even dishonest and gotten me for the $ 109 plus tax! I was very happy and phone works great!

These people are a saint. I had where to another store and they had fixed an issue then created another. Full story in this review:
ANYWAY came here for help and they fixed the problem. I loved the fact they told me step by step how they will fix my home button component and explained what the other company had done wrong.
Pretty much they had to put a whole new component on the board to make my home button responsive.
Also I have a 30 day warranty, which will allow me to try out my phone after being fix just in case something is wrong. Thank you! You guys made a bad situation a great one. :)

My phone was no longer holding a charge and I had them order a replacement battery to have it replaced there. The tech charged me less than half of what Motorola wanted to charge me for the same service. After waiting a few days for the part to come in I came in and had my phone back within an hour. I recommend coming during the week as the weekends can get quite busy here. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get their phone fixed by a quality technician at a competitive price.

I am so disgusted with this store. I had a new iPhone screen put on 9 weeks ago, Today the screen was unresponsive leaving my phone unusable. These screens are 100 dollars and come with a 30 day warranty. There was no attempt to help, or work with me even though I was only 5 weeks out of warranty.
The part that makes me angry is that the att store took 5 seconds to do a soft restart and fixed the problem! Shouldn’t Yakety yak have asked if I had tried that and offered ???

Completely shattered my iphone 5 front screen. My luck… Got great recommendations from co-​workers that Yakety Yak can fix my screen for me for a good price, so I gave them a shot.
Came in without an appointment, and they were able to fix my screen on the spot. Took 20 minutes! The gentleman that helped me (Justin) was very friendly and had great customer service! I am very impressed with their work. Hopefully I don’t break any more of my electronics, but if I do, I know exactly where I’m going!!!

I called this store today and they are able to fix my iPhone5c! I’m so happy. I was so afraid that I would have to send it Apple, wait for it in the mail and pay a large bill. I also don’t have insurance and the way its damaged isn’t covered under warranty. So, it’s a relief to have these guys available, locally, to fix my phone. Not only do they fix phones, but they sell a bunch of phones and covers. Now I know where to refer people if they have problems with their phones. Go to YAKETY YAK!!!

iPhone 5 did a faceplant on the asphalt, took it in and these guys had it back up and running with a new screen in an hour. Quality service done!

I came in wanting a simple new iPhone 4s screen protector. Upon hearing my concern, Sabrina took her iPhone and hit it with a pair of scissors. I was shocked and staggered. I didn’t understand why a sensible person would hit their iPhone with a pair of scissors. She then explained to me that her iPhone had the tempered glass protector shield on it, that is stronger than the regular Apple glass. I was relieved that her phone had the protector on it. You don’t even notice this tempered glass protector shield. I was sold on her demonstration and purchased a protector shield for my iPhone 4s. This will save me repair money and down the road.

Nice staff. but they refuse to sell tiny parts which they already have in stock
they just want to make money out of 4 buck parts to fix the home button for 79.99
found a hot tech repair in Sacramento that willing to sell the tiny parts to make button works for just 5 buck.
please consider change policy if you want a profit out of tiny parts.
I intended to do self repair. to be clear on that.

Great service. Took my phone in last month and now my wife’s phone. Our screen on the iPhone 4 broke when we both dropped it by accident. Lol this is my 3^rd time getting my screen fixed. The people are nice and professional.

Awesome place. They fixed my broken lock button on my 4s for a reasonable price and ultra lightning fast turn around. He knows how urgent it is to have my phone since its used to business purposes. Less down time is how it’s supposed to be.

This is a pretty cool place off of Blue Oaks in Roseville. They fix all kinds of cell phone issues including iPhones and iPads. I have brought several cell iPhones here for cracked screens and they can fix them as good as new. I have even brought an iPhone that was dipped in the toilet and got hot it back working. It had a faint smell after but it was worth it… haha!
The guys that run this place are amazing and are way nice! Plus keep your eyes open for groupon deals for amazing savings!
