After getting three quotes and looking at the different types of artificial turf we selected SynLawn to cover our back yard (approx 700 sq feet) and side yard. It was not the least expensive but it was the nicest grass, most natural looking and has a great warranty. Brandon and his team installed the grass in 2 days. Four months later the grass looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. It literally looks perfect and requires zero maintenance.

We just recently had Synlawn complete an install in our backyard and we are super pleased with our results. They were great in accommodating some changes that we requested to the design and made it super easy to get the changes over to them. I had the pleasure of working with Jason on the details such as updates as to product arrival, appointment for install, etc. The installation crew was super nice and worked quickly and efficiently!

We love our Synlawn! We’ve had it about 2 months now and everyone who sees it says it’s one of the best fake lawns they’ve ever seen. It doesn’t get too hot and the dogs love playing on it. We’ve even done a little lawn bowling.
Brandon and Jason were incredibly responsive. Brandon even came out on a Sunday to give us a quote. They were able to accommodate our installation schedule and even tried to see if we could get a new product in time. Great customer service.
The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is that we actually had 3 different installation crews on the same job. The first one wasn’t very good and our contractor had to help them get the layout set up properly. The second team got their truck stuck in the driveway and our contractor had to take time to drag them out with a bobcat. The 3^rd team which did the actual installation was great. They were very professional and meticulous.
Overall, I highly recommend them and would use them again if the need ever arose.

We have lived in our home for 10 years and have had to install more than one natural lawn. Animals and insects ate and destroyed our grass and plants on a regular basis. We drastically reduced our water use because of the drought and the weeds took over. We began researching alternatives to grass and while we appreciate the beauty of drought tolerant plants and mulch, we really wanted grass for the family to play and relax on. We researched artificial turf and had five companies give their pitch and estimates. We liked Synlawn best. The product is made in America and looks very realistic. There is no «fill» in the grass to be tracked into the house. (If your kids play soccer or other sports on turf, you’ll know what I’m talking about!) The installation went very smoothly and the installers were so nice. The results are fantastic. The price was also more reasonable in comparison to the other companies I spoke to. Maintenance is almost nonexistent. We installed a drip system and drought tolerant plants in the rest of the yard. We love the look of the yard now and want to do the backyard, too. We highly recommend using Synlawn for your lawn.

SYNLawn was not the least expensive estimate for my 350 sq. ft. putting green, however they were the only synthetic lawn installer that provided very detailed installation CAD drawing that also included my requested contours.
I also requested a specific Stimp speed and they ensured it was exactly what I requested.
They want to ensure you are happy with the «feel» before they install the «turf» so you get the opportunity to try the contours.

We had a few minor glitches, as you would with any project, but nothing that wasn’t quickly resolved.

My wife and I were very apprehensive about replacing our beautiful green natural lawn with synthetic turf. We viewed many installed synthetic turf and each one was very disappointing until we met Brandon from SynLawn Bay Area. He showed us his products and their installation philosophy and methodology. We also viewed turfs installed by SynLawn Bay Area in our area. They looked like real grass. He was not pushy and his price was very competitive. We had the front completed this week and we are very pleased. The results exceeded our expectations. His crew worked very hard and they were very respectful to us during the installation. Next week our back lawn will be replaced with synthetic turf and a putting green. Brandon is a golfer and is very knowledgeable about how to design a back yard putting green. We can’t wait until it is completed.
