Royal Carpet Care specializes in carpet cleaning; upholstery cleaning, and tile & grout cleaning. In addition, I am a Senior Certified Carpet Inspector and Master Cleaning Technician.

History

Established in 1998.

Howard Burch is a lifelong resident of the Tri-​Cities. After 18 years of employment with various Hanford contractors (BS Degree in Construction Management) he realized a need to change course — mid life — and the entrepreneur bug bit him.

Within two years of establishment, Royal Carpet Care became a growing and vibrant business. Howard is an Owner/​Operator currently serving over 700 repeat clients — most of which came by referrals from very happy customers.

Howard is a Master Textile Cleaner and a Senior Practicing Carpet Inspector. As an inspector he is the «CSI guy» for carpet. Howard has inspected carpet throughout eastern Washington and Oregon, and as far away as Boise, Idaho. His firm is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI).
