We offer hardware repair for both Mac and PC computers. Screen replacements are our specialty on both laptops and mobile phones.

Computer services include hardware maintenance and support, software support, new technology deployment, computer upgrades, networking and more for all PC brands and Mac computers.

At Gray Matter Computer Repair, we offer top notch repairs, fast turnaround times, and excellent customer service. Whether you have the iPhone 6, iPhone 6 plus, iPad Air or Samsung Galaxy S5, we offer repair services for them and more. We can fix the broken screen or internal components of your device. Our mission is to provide high quality economical services for our customers.

History

Established in 2014.

We are a home based business that is by appointment only. Our small business was started by two U.S. Army Veterans, a husband and wife team, that were continually being asked to fix all friend’s and family’s computers, phones and other electronic devices.

Ed did me a great solid. My external drive crashed, and I couldn’t recover my data. He took it apart, bypassed the connection and tried to access the data. Unfortunately the drive was beyond recovery. He spent about 15 minutes on it and didn’t charge me a dime. Although it didn’t work out, he did all he could and provided great customer service. Thanks for trying Ed! He’s my go to guy in the future. If you’re looking for someone knowledgable and trustworthy, Ed is your guy.

If you have a problem with your device this is the place. I had a crushed screen on my iPhone and Jessica replaced the screen in a matter of minutes, and now it works as new.

Jessica is a master! She is precise and knows what she’s doing. She was able to fix my cracked iPhone 4s quickly and didn’t cut any corners. Cracking your screen stinks but getting it fixed by Gray Matter Computer Repair was painless and seamless. She was also able to change the color of my phone from white to black.
