Description

Specialties

Hi there Yelp!

I specialize in 100% non-hourly flat rate computer repair! All of my work is priced at a flat rate of either $ 30 for drop off work, or $ 40 for onsite (more if you’re really far away).

I fix computers, tablets, phones, laptops, servers, pretty much you name it. Everything from phones to rackmounted servers, I handle it ALL.

I’ve also setup and configured Camera systems, EMR servers, Cloud based networking solutions, and a few websites.

Feel like cutting the cable cord, I can help you with that also.

Need to turn 1 computer into 2 computers, I can help!

I also have cheap parts, cheap computers, and used components available upon request!

Pretty much if you need help with something technology related, I’m your computer guy!

History

Established in 2009.

Started with literally a screwdriver, a flash drive, and some Internet in 2009. I decided to go freelance after getting laid off of my last two repair shop jobs. Currently, I live in Kennewick WA with my wife and son and try to provide a low cost alternative to the big name guys by offering an affordably priced, FLAT RATE computer repair service for locals.

Business Owner

After my uncle introduced me to computers at the Age of 7, I have been working with technology every chance I could get. This led to taking some accelerated programs out of high School, and eventually being hired to troubleshoot office machines at Microsoft via Siemens at the Age of 17.

Eventually moving on to technician positions with AT&T, Verizon, and Tmobile, I decided to focus more on actual troubleshooting instead of Network management, and took various positions with Compusave and PC Club Computers in order to cement some further troubleshooting technique. After the 2008 recession, I was laid off twice, and decided the best way to secure future income was to work for myself.
