Palma & Palma Investigations provides services to Attorneys At Law. With over 25 years of experience, we specialize in obtaining difficult-​to-​discuss information from sensitive witnesses. Additional services include locating witnesses, background checks, asset investigations, video & still photography of persons, scenes, and property. Our clients consist of criminal defense and civil litigation attorneys.

We have conducted thousands of investigations including complex capital murder cases, 3-​strikes investigations, gang murders, DUI’s, personal injury investigations, white collar crime investigations, background checks and locating missing persons.

History

Established in 1992.

Palma & Palma Investigations was founded by Sylvia Palma, a CA private investigator, license #15 394, and former U.S. Army Military Police Officer. We serve the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

Sylvia began her career in the military, where she worked with a team specializing in the investigation of domestic violence, child abuse, juvenile crimes, and the intervention of suicides. After an honorable discharge in 1987, she worked as a private investigator conducting criminal, civil, and workers’ compensation investigations. Since 2002, Palma & Palma Investigations has served on the panel of investigators for the San Mateo County Private Defender Program and more recently, the Contra Costa County panel of investigators. In 2010, this firm achieved the designation of Certified Criminal Defense Investigator.
