This company is great! They installed a new furnace for me a few years ago and recently replaced the terribly corroded b-​vent pipe — I didn’t keep up with my annual maintenance even though they called to remind me a couple of times. Each time I had an emergency, they quickly came out the same day, arrived at the scheduled time and explained very well what they were doing. I appreciate their prompt, courteous and professional service.

Not the first time I’ve had All Climate out to do annual service on my tankless water heater and geothermal/​radiant heating system, this company is professional prompt and courteous. Anthony my service tech knows what he’s doing.

We hired all climate for our tankless heating system installation. Their technicians are very professional. They take very good care of our system. In addition, when they service our heating system, they would explain very well on what is going on and what they are doing, which makes us feel good on their work. At the same time, we established good trust between all climate and us. I strongly recommend their services.

LOVE these guys & gals! They always do a great job, are very professional, and do NOT let my cats out! Basically, I can’t say enough good things about All Climate Heating & Air Conditioning (ACHAC). They’ve been the company I’ve relied on for many years now to come out and do the maintenance on my Furnace and Water Heater. Every year their very fun and friendly customer service lady (Jacky (not sure of the spelling, but that’s not the point)) calls to remind me to make my appointment. And every year, a very nice, very professional technician comes out and does. whatever it is they do to make sure my appliances are up and running as they should be.
About a year ago, our water heater did what water heaters seem to love to do, it ‘broke’ and proceeded to dump water all over our basement. (D’OH!)
We of course had to get a new one, and it had to be gotten and installed while our basement was getting stripped and dried out etc.
ACHAC got us the new one, did the install, hauled away the old one, etc.
Then, thanks to the fact that I have them come out every year, our insurance company give us ZERO hassle when we had the claim due to all the water damage and whatnot.
Also worth mentioning; a few years ago, a Gas Company guy gave ACHAC major kudos because one of their technicians found, during one of the annual inspections of our furnace, that our natural gas pressure was too low and had us call the gas co to get it looked it. He was absolutely correct! The Gas Co guy was very impressed that ACHAC actually prompted me to have it checked. He said that most companies either don’t notice, or don’t mention it to the homeowner.
So yeah, 5-​Stars at LEAST.

I had Anthony come out and check on some air conditioning issues we were having. He explained all of the possible ways to check for a potential leak we had, and then recommended one that he thought was best. He was nice and courteous while he was here. He explained anything I had questions for.
I did, however, have one problem with this company. A few times I missed the service person coming to our house, despite being at home and waiting for them. I would go outside to find a business card on our door saying we missed them. When I called the company about the missed visits, he said it was their policy for the service person to wait 15 minutes before leaving. What surprised me, is that they didn’t try to contact me by phone during this 15 minutes when apparently the doorbell or knocking wasn’t working. (Our doorbell was working, and I feel it would have been impossible for me not to hear for the window they said they arrived in). I do not feel like a phone call is an unreasonable request in this situation, especially if you are okay with waiting 15 minutes anyways.
I would say I felt like I was being taken advantage of, except they ended up not charging for any of the missed visits. I would recommend if you do decide to work with this company that you ask to have the service person call your house in such a situation.

Over price and Pushy sales technician
We have a leaking hot water tank. So we call all climate heating and air conditioning company. The technician came out and give us an estimate and told us that we need to replace the water tank. After he told my husband the price. My husband told Jason the technician he needs to speak with me before he can make a decision the technician told him he needs to decide today. When I call Jason back and ask him what is the total price he told me a different price than he told my husband. I told him I need to double check with my husband and Jason told me you need to decide now, and I told him I have to speak with my husband since the price you give him is different from what he is telling me. So, he told me the price he give my husband was not including tax. Then he say well you have to decide within 5 minutes or I’m going to charge you $ 100 for coming out to diagnostic. I told him that was fine if he need to charge me. Later we found another company with the exact same thing and they were five hundred dollars cheaper. So after the $ 107 diagnostic fee we still save $ 400. And the people at this company Were courtesy and answer all questions and not pushy at all. They came out the next day install our new water tank and clean up and done a very good job.
Few days later I call All climate to request for my diagnostic fee invoice the office person Kurt say that the invoice he will give me will be the same one as the technician. I told him the technician never gave me a invoice and if he could mail one to me he was not very friendly at all either at the office.

All Climate was fabulous! I have anxiety like to be informed of what is going on so there aren’t any surprises. They kept me updated through the entire process, they made sure I knew what was going on and when and kept me informed of the costs involved with their service. They were very patient with me and my abundance of questions. It was a great experience working with them!

Called them out for the «$ 119 service » The tech found a couple items that needed addressing on top of the normal cleaning and servicing. The extra find took the tech a total of an hour and a half.
The furnace definitely needed the extra cleaning time he spent there. The performance of the furnace was noticeably better after he was done. The tech was professional and friendly.
The final bill was ridiculous. $ 501. No material cost in the job. The bill was for the time spent at the home. Figure it out…$ ⁵⁰¹⁄₁ ½ hr = $ 334 per hour

Paid them a lot of money to service our furnace. Come to find out they installed the wrong size filter on the furnace. After calling to see if they could install the right size filter for me, they said I was damaging my furnace by changing it out after a year, furnaces don’t need filters, and I could buy an annual subscription to filters. No ownership that they installed the wrong filter on my furnace. Piss poor.

All Climate is great!
I deeply appreciate the honest and friendly staff that will assure that you’re in good hands and well taken care of. They are incredibly knowledgable and do a great job explaining what is necessary vs. what could be done later. Other places will frequently try to push sales, but All Climate does a wonderful job of walking you through and working for the best options for you. Would definitely recommend!

Fair pricing, cleaned up afterwards, good advice without pushing for more than needed, work was — for what I’ve seen– really well done, technicians were good (except one that forgot one thing, but they fixed it pretty quickly). Overall I’ll use them again.

I have used All Climate Exclusively for the last 12 years and have been very pleased. In those 12 years I have purchased 3 homes and replaced the furnance and added Air conditioning in each home. I have also pariticipated and annually servoced the entire HVAC systems. In the last 12 months unfortunately something changed drastically as system problems mounted and service failed to fix the minor and then major issues. Clogged drains were missed or not checked. Technicians told me that water evidenced on the floor was a plumbing issue and nothing to do with HVAC only to find out later that a clogged drain in the Air unit was the cause of sudden release of water. Eventually my basement flooded due to clogged drain in weather that was not that hot. Service technicians acted to busy to spend the time to properly diagnose and thus avoid the clog from happening again. It took the flood before they realized and saw the real problem and changed out a part to prevent it from happening again. The most recent issue was heat OR the lack of heat being produced. The house would only get to 63 degrees. After calling All Climate in the morning a tech said they would get there that morning but was clearly annoyed with the request. He called me and I attempted to tell him where the door was open and he rudely refused to deal with it and said he was too busy. Straw that broke the camels back and I have ended my relationship after 12 years. — was recommended to another HVAC company who immediately came out and found a clogged furnance peatrap drain and multiple maintenance issues that have not been attended to. The annual maintenance servicing must have been a farce and it leads me to believe the inspections during the recent air conditioning problems were also nonexistent. Bottom line these guys do not care to be bothered anymore and refused in taking care of a good customer… especially in light of recent issues missed by them resulting in a flooded basement also sealed my decision to move on. Clean up expense and carpet pad replacement was on me of course. Beware and check other companies recent reviews.

I honestly don’t understand why there are any negative reviews about All Climate at all. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with them. They serviced our old furnace several times at a reasonable price. They never tried to up sell me to a new furnace even though ours was almost 20 years old.
When we did decide to buy a new one, their sales guy Cal, was very knowledgeable about the different types and never pressured us to buy more than we wanted. The installation was excellent and it’s a great furnace (Bryant).
Just recently, we had a routine maintenance done and afterwards the furnace didn’t ignite correctly. One of the vacuum lines was loose and had fallen off. It was a cold night and one of their technicians stopped by at 7:30pm on his way home. He said he would normally have to charge an after hours fee, but he waived it. Granted, it probably should have been checked during maintenance, but I’ve been working with technology my whole career and nothing is ever perfect. The point is, he could have just waited until the next day to stop by, but went out of his way to come that night.
This is the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back and telling others how good it is… which is what I’m doing now.

All Climate gave us a bid for installing a new gas furnace. The bid was pretty high and we ended up not working with them. I am giving them 3 stars because the sales agent took the time to explain to in great detail how different stage furnaces work, what the fan does, etc.

RUN!!! Do not use this company. Their technicians are very unknowledgeable and have made a number of errors in the installation & continued maintenance of our furnace. We have been without heat on our newer furnace every year for one reason or the other– 2xs because of their installation error. One time was such a silly error on the part of the technician to run the high energy furnace condensation tube down our sink. The condensation is ionically charged and ate through our metal p-​trap. This cost us hundreds of $ in plumbing repairs of which All Climate did not reimburse. Then, they came back and tried to fix the condensation pipe and caused our crawl space to fill up with water. Also, the furnace has broken down already and these technicians have to take «guesses» to try and fix it, all the while charging us for labor while they take guesses and fail and then try and charge us more money when they have to come back and fix their error. We have had a continuously rotten experience with this company over the last 4 years.

Buyer Beware! This company gave me a bid, and AFTER the unit was installed, figured out the power source was not connected (you would think they could figure this out first?) then came back and billed another $ 400 to hook it up to the power source, when they had said clearly in the bid, and in person the electrical was included. Do not trust them.

On 3÷25÷11, a representative of All Climate came to our home and replaced the condensation pump and said the furnace was a «junk unit,» completely rusted, and needed to be replaced. He quote $ 2915 plus tax. He charged $ 265 for the part and $ 79 in labor plus tax and said it was fixed. He said the bill could be applied to a new furnace within 30 days. Although the furnace was running, the house never reached 68 degrees, so we called them back a few days later. The same rep came stating that the condensation pump already sounded rough and reiterating that the unit was junk. This time he said the circuit board was out and quoted 685 plus tax to replace it. This time he quoted $ 3145 plus tax to replace the furnace. I googled the circuit board and the part was $ 169. We ordered it and installed it under 15 minutes… so no clue where the $ 685 came from. Out of curiosity, I googled the exact same condensation pump they sold us, it was $ 49.
At this point the furnace was working, but the new condensation pump was still running rough. Thinking we had a dying furnace as the rep told us, we called another company for a quote. The man that came said we had a very reliable unit and that the drain line coming out of the condensation pump was clogged. He cleaned it at no charge and it stopped running roughly. He gave us a a quote on a replacement furnace, but said the unit we had would probable run several years without issue.
At this point, I no longer trust All Climate. They replaced a pump without addressing the real issue, then visited a second time with inflated charges. It appears they try to rack up repair bills to talk you into a furnace you do not need.
Almost one year later and the furnace is doing well. I just stumbled across this complaint letter I wrote asking for a $ 79 refund on the second service call and thought I would share my story to spare others. BEWARE!!!

Not all that impressed with this company. We’ve had our new furnace for over a year now. The price was good but it wasn’t installed per my request to elevate it to prevent flooding damage. Since the first annual service call we’ve noticed a loud clanking whenever the furnace is running. The service tech paid us another visit and declared the noise to be «normal.» Now I’m having trouble getting their attention for any correction.

I have had several technicians from various companies come out to fix the nineteen year old furnace in my home, and All Climate was courteous, reasonable, and straight forward in their repair. Later, I replaced the furnace in a second home, and among three quotes, theirs was the lowest (by a significant amount– in fact, they came in $ 2000 under another company for the same model)! I am now choosing them to replace that pesky 19-​year old furnace in my own home.
After getting the run around from several other companies, I trust All Climate for my heating needs and will continue to stick with them.
