These guys fixed my problem before their competitors could show up, with a labor cost that there competitors could not match!
Over the phone troubleshooting, onsite within a couple hours of my phone call (the same day), found and overnighted parts for my antique furnace and had it working by noon the next day.
Their competition: I called around and their best competitor was not going to be onsite until the next afternoon. Competitors also demand a diagnosis fee that was almost equivalent to Alexander’s labor fees.

I’m very happy with the service from Alexander’s Heating. Dean is very caring for the customer’s need and they will do their best to make sure the customer is happy. Our furnace died in the coldest pre-​winter day. It was the busiest season and the schedule was 2 weeks out for them. But they managed to come install the furnace sooner when there was a cancellation. On top of having our old furnace replaced, we had the vent replaced and modified the duct work. You can tell the person performed the work is extremely experienced and efficient. The furnace is working perfectly now.

Alexander’s Heating is TOP SERVICE with TOP experts! On multiple occasions have we used them but today our furnace went out at 7AM with kids getting ready for school. I called Alexander’s Heating and reply was within minutes. They were at my house determining the problem, got the part and were back before dinner time to fix it. Now is warm and I cannot say enough!!! I always recommend this company and they are my TO GO business for all heating and A/​C needs!!! Thank you!!!

Although I was initially disappointed with my experience, I have to say that the owner Alex really cares if his customers are happy and personally came over to discuss the issues with me and made sure every issue was corrected. Mistakes happen and the way a business owner handles such situations speaks volumes. Alex truly wants his customers to be 100% satisfied with the work performed and this deserves 5 stars.
