After trying several agencies we found this one. Feeling much more comfortable with their policies and the way we were handled, we highly recommend Renters HQ. Great service and fair policies. Some of the companies we dealt with asked for more information than a bank mortgage application. This company was more reasonable and operates the way we have seen rental management operate in other cities. I heartily recommend Renters HQ

This place receives absolutely no stars but I had to give it a star to post this review. After moving out, I been charged over $ 200 for the most ridiculous things I ever seen in my life. Here’s a list of few things I’m being charged for by the owner: dust on the ceiling fan… Yes I said dust. Are you freakin kidding me?! I accident dropped my toothbrush on the bathroom floor before moving out and I’m being charged for that?! There’s some peeling on the kitchen ceiling and been there long before I moved in, called the owner numerous times to get it fixed but no one came after 2yrs and begging them to fix that ugly thing. Yet I’m being charged for that too?! I couldn’t even have BBQ on my own front yard because the neighbor is VERY territorial and mean. I even offered her to join us for BBQ but what does she do? Complain to the owner where the owner said I’m not allowed to BBQ in front of my house or even next to the garage. All this for $ 700 a month… NOT WORTH IT!
For those of you looking for a place to live, BEWARE of Renter HQ properties as the owner likes to scam money out of innocent tenants when moving out.
