Business Owner

Patrick Belous, President & Founder of WhiteStar Management built his business with one thing in mind, delivering extraordinary customer service to his clients and staff. «It doesn’t matter what business you’re in, if you put the customer first and keep your staff happy, you will continue to prosper and grow». Patrick holds a bachelors degree in Economic Development from the University of Arizona, a California Brokers license, California Real Estate license, he is also a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) as well as a California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM).

I have three properties and needed a property manager to make my life easier. I researched a number of management companies in the area, and Whitestar was the most competitive and responsive at the time. Since signing up with them to manage my properties, I have stuck with them ever since, going on many years now. I have never been given a reason to look elsewhere.
Being on the Board of two HOA’s and seeing how other property management companies operate in the Valley, it only reinforces that I made the right decision when I picked Whitestar in the first place.
They are upfront, honest and look out not only for my interests as owner, but also my tenant’s interests; especially for properties in an HOA where renters get a bad rap.
I would highly suggest you give Whitestar a shot, either to represent your property or even to rent from them. They truly have both parties best interest at heart and want to provide the best possible service.

I am so happy I found WhiteStar. When I first met Rhonda I liked her right away and she understood my needs and fears about hiring a property management company. I am so happy I went with my gut after interviewing many other companies. The whole office staff is wonderful. Tiffany my leasing agent is kind, thoughtful, smart and sooo efficient. Never intimidates me when I ask questions. Ivan who is WhiteStars jack– of– all trades is fabulous too!! He is kind, funny and sooo good at fixing anything. Shelly another leasing agent is funny and sweet and helpful and kind like all of the staff I have met. WhiteStar’s stringent background checks I really appreciated and they must carry through because I have a wonderful tenant and WhiteStar gives me peace of mind. thank you to Rhonda and all her marvelous staff.

Looking for a new place to live a few months back led me to White Star. Shelly became my contact for the entire process. Shelly was always pleasant to speak with, professional and attentive. The few times I needed to stop in their office she greeted me by name and with a smile which can easily be overlooked nowadays. I love my new condo and plan on staying for at least 2 years. When I find it necessary to look for a new place I will definitely be using White Stars resources.

Whitestar has been managing my property for the past several years. Any company is only as good as when they need to handle problems and issues. My last tenant was a headache to say the least however Whitestar did an amazing job at rectifying the situation and paid all legal fees as agreed. Truly a professional company that will make renting out and finding tenants easy for busy individuals. My hubby and I hired WhiteStar when we had to move in a hurry. Rhonda is not only professional but sweet to work with. Since WhiteStar has been managing our home I’ve worked with Shelly and she has been a pleasure. This was our first home and our baby. Everyone there has been exceptional to work with as I have had a challenging property that I was renting — Ivan Cano has been simply amazing and has been there for me every step of the way in fixing the things in the house that needed attention as well as a major construction job after the second flood last year in La Quinta. Whitestar also helped me to move to another location and was very helpful in recommending ways to make the move as painless as possible. They really are a class act team!

This is our first experience in renting out our house. We are very happy selecting Whitestar. The process of interviewing, applying, and setting up paper work was very friendly, efficient and professional. Rhonda and Tiffany did a great job. After three weeks of marketing Whitestar selected a family tenant. Shelly gave us the good news in her friendly manner and made we are pleased.
It is a great decision to go with WhitStar. We do not have to worry about being landlords.

Fantastic service, responsive and highly professional. I would recommend WhiteStar to anyone who needs a property management company that is all business. They were very proactive and budget conscious with securing the contractors needed to quickly clean and update our property so that it would show well. Once that was complete, we were able to get our property leased much sooner than we thought because they were diligent in holding open houses and attracting great potential renters.
