PMI-​Coachella Valley recently opened offices in Palm Springs to serve the Coachella Valley with an association of over 100 offices throughout the United States.

PMI started with property owners just like you that wanted a systematic approach to property management that protected their investment and allowed them the time to enjoy life. With this goal, we at PMI-​Coachella Valley aim to exceed your expectations and take the headache out of owning investment properties.

As one of the owners of PMI– Coachella Valley my responsibility includes the day to day operations of a growing Property Management Company.

Starting out in the engineering field I designed industrial equipment and then later managed the firm’s marketing department. As needed, I provided project management, cost estimates, inspections of construction and installation, and contract reviews.

After engineering, I became a stockbroker with American Express and later I founded a chocolate company that specialized in fine chocolate confections. So you can be rest assured I will handle your investment as if it were my own and do it in the sweetest way possible.
