Established in 1989.

Dick Baxley began Baxley Properties Inc. in 1989 with a Yellow Pages and a living room floor. Dick who has his Masters in Economics from UCSB, A CCIM distinction and an already burgeoning Real Estate career in The San Francisco Bay Area decided to move to Palm Desert and begin his own firm. Those early months were spent cold calling every single business in the yellow pages trying to drum up deals, which it did. Dick’s first listing allowed him to plant his first Baxley Properties sign in the ground which led to the running joke after Dick had secured so many listings that he was in «The sign planting business» and the rest as they say is history. Dick is the kind of guy that will forget more about Real Estate then most other agents will ever learn in their lifetime.
