Our installation is S U P E R B. These craftsmen work wonders with sheet metal, The corners on our gutters are skillfully mitered and look flawless. They don’t leak. And our house is protected from our torrential northwest rains because the downspouts correctly take the water away from the crawlspace and foundation.
Talk about curb appeal. The house looks wonderful with our new white low gloss gutters !

I highly recommend this company. Chad and his crew are innovative efficient and reasonably priced.
When I first called to get a quote Chad came by and measured then offered me several alternatives explaining the benefits and liabilities of each one as it applied to my home. There was no sales pressure and he was quite available on the phone to answer questions as we thought of them,
Once we selected the type we wanted installed the process was very smooth. The installer crew showed up at the appointed time and were very efficient. They encountered some small problems in my roof layout with the new gutters and suggested how they could work around it. After a short but thorough discussion he made the small corrections and finished the job smoothly and on schedule.
Clean up was complete and comprehensive.
I have had the gutters for a month now and am completely satisfied both by the way the process was accomplished and both the installation and product, It works really well and disposes all the roof run off (which my old gutters did not). They look wonderful and work like a charm. My wife and I are very pleased with both the company and the end result.

We contacted Advance Custom Gutters to get a bid for replacement of our gutters. Chad responded quickly, assessed the situation, and came up with a very competitive bid. However, due to economics, we ultimately decided to have only a small fraction of the work done. When contacted, Chad graciously accepted our decision to back off from most of the work, and scheduled the job to be done within two days. The work crew showed up promptly on time and completed the job with expertise, efficiency, respect, and courtesy. They even carefully removed plants that were in the way of some trenching and left the job site spotless. We will definitely call on Advance Custom Gutters for future work.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. They do fantastic work, are professional, and very considerate in leaving things exactly as they were prior to work being done (cleanup, putting items back which needed to be moved so as to not be damaged, etc.). This is one of the few contractors out there that has integrity, takes pride in their work, and offer outstanding client service. Highly recommend!

Well, the job is complete and we are just happy little clams! Everything about this company is honest, professional, and quality. They are timely with GREAT CRAFTSMANSHIP. I had my gutter system replaced. After the tear off, (I needed a few weeks between tear off and install), I went around the job site looking for dropped screws and other debris that I figured I’d have to clean up. I did not find one single thing! It’s like they weren’t even there, except the old system being gone!
In the eleventh hour, I decided I wanted fascia boards behind the new gutters. The only thing was I needed them up before my painter got there so they could be painted. Chad said he could get the lumber to the job site so the painters could paint them on the ground, and then his guys would install them later. I agreed to that because I should have pulled the trigger on the fascia sooner. A day or two later he called back and had figured out a way to get them UP before my painter arrived! How cool is that?!! I’m positive they look better now than if they had been painted before hanging.
Next came the install. What a pleasure watching these artists craft and install a new system on my home. Really, artisan craftsman. One of the runs was about 75′. Two guys manufactured this entire seamless length out of there truck and carried it all the way around the house, up the ladders, and hung it. Only two freakin guys!!!
They then let me pay with my card, (racking up those reward points), chatted for a bit while they rehydrated, (IT WAS HOT), and moved on. Again, I walked around the job site looking to pick up any debris, and there was NONE. Speaking of paying, even though I spread this job out over weeks, they wanted nothing until completion, unlike other contractors who want as much as 75% up front before they even break ground. Or the guy who came out and then wanted $ 50 just to give me a bid!
This is a local, family owned, small business. Help your LOCAL economy AND get stellar work by hiring these guys. You will not have any regrets. I hope this helps you in your decision making process.

In this day and age of grab the money and run, it was a pleasure working with Advanced Custom Gutter. They filled every need that I had and did a perfect job on a very difficult home. You can see the way they care for what they are doing while on-​site. I have been in the residential construction industry for getting close to ½ century and I am quite sure if you are wise enough to choose Advanced Custom Gutter’s of Puyallup, you’ll be very pleased. I asked for refrences and they were given to me for my review. They are in business to stay and will be there for a long time. Choose Advanced for your gutter needs. These guys have the best customer service ever. They really helped me out in a pinch. I made a huge mistake when scheduling my house renovations. It was completely my own fault, not in any way Advanced Custom Gutters and they still worked with me until I finally figured everything out. This included rescheduling me over 3 times in 3 wks and with total understanding and compassion. They haven’t even completed the gutters yet and I felt I had to write a review already. Also, from reading the others reviews on this Unilocal thread I wasnt too worried there would be anything at all to gripe about as far as not having skilled, efficient, and proper roofers, So, thank you Advanced Custom Gutters, in advance (ha), you made my life much easier!

After signing up to have LeafGuard Gutters installed on our house, we followed our instinct and decided to make some calls to ensure this nagging little voice in our head telling us «YOUR GETTING RIPPED OFF!!!» was wrong.
Well, that voice was right. We were 2 days away from getting ripped off when Advance Custom Gutters came to our rescue! We made some calls to a few different gutter companies just to find out what a reasonable quote would look like. Chad answered our call and was super helpful over the phone explaining what was needed, what they could do and even giving us a ball park quote over the phone. We decided to cancel our agreement with LeafGuard and had Chad come out to give us an official quote.
He was great! He clearly explained our options, told us what his concerns were, answered all of our questions and then handed us our quote and told us to give them a call if we’re interested in having them install our gutters.
What?! No hard sale? No pressure? No «if you buy now, you’ll save…» deals? I LOVE IT! Straight shooting and an upfront honest quote. We looked around at other options and deals and after a couple of days called Advance Custom Gutters back to have them install our gutters.
They showed up and did a great clean job. They were fast and efficient. After 3 months of having the gutters on my house and lots and lots of rain, I am still just as happy with my gutters as when they were installed. They are seamless and made just for my house, plus they included larger downspouts to help the fir cones slide through without clogging them up.
I definitely recommend them and have recommended them to other friends and co-​workers.
