If you want to get an amazing cut, color and highlights you have to see Taylor! She’s been my hairstylist for over 8+ years. I’ve had people stop me to take photos of my hair style because they love the cut or color so much. Almost all the girls from my office go to her and numerous friends also go to her. I highly recommend Taylor! Christy is also amazing! :)

My sister-​in-​law is the one who turned me onto Christy’s magic. Literally magic. She can fix ANYTHING and hates that people know that, since they know she is their fall back no matter the disaster, lol. Spoken like someone who has had a few, right? Precisely. The salon is quaint and cozy. Not in love with the limited parking slots, but willing to deal. She got me in on the Monday before Christmas, even though she doesn’t work Mondays usually. That’s dedication to your clients, right there. I have been a client a couple years now, and literally sleep better at night, knowing shes a text away.

I can’t say enough about this salon. I see Nate Richard there (have for many years), but go Taylor frequently for blowouts and interact with Christie whenever I’m in the salon. Fabulous taste (the space is gorgeous), good lighting, very clean, all friendly, funny, intelligent, accommodating, and professional. They go out of their way to make it work, no matter your schedule (even if you’re, um, a day early for your appointment), and if there’s stress, it never shows. Good product lines and knowledgable about what they carry. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Glen’s moniker is a «Day Maker,» because he will absolutely make your day when you go to see him! I’ve been seeing Christy for 8+ years! She has done every possible color on me and it’s been amazing having a stylist that can do that with no problem! Not only does she get the color right, she also does what’s best for my hair and keeps it healthy. She gives me her honest opinion and advice and I absolutely trust her every time!

My stepmom, Kathy R and I have been going to see Kristi and Taylor for over seven years. We’ve always had great experiences! Me, having curly hair, makes it difficult to find a good hair stylist, but Taylor has always done an exceptional job. Kathy has been seeing Kristi for years and has always loved her sense of style and keeping the grey away.
Not only do we both feel much better about ourselves when we leave, but the social atmosphere there always keeps it fun and lively. Our appointments times are always respected and never feel rushed.

I’ve been going to Christy for over 7 years! Before it was called Icon salon. I’ve been following her since her original salon! I love her that much. Yes, stylist has their opinions about certain styles or color and cut BECAUSE they know what looks best that’s why they’re called a hair stylist. That’s one thing i like about her the most… she’s HONEST. She will tell you yay or nay and i don’t take it personal because i trust her to make my hair look awesome! I definitely recommend her and have to many of my friends. I have never left unsatisfied. and honestly I always feel amazing after where I have a selfie moment! haha!

I have gone to Christy for at least 6 years. I could not recommend a better stylist!!! Love love love her! She is usually booked solid because of how great she is, but her and Taylor always get me in when I call or text last minute. She keeps my hair healthy and spicy looking!

CHRISTY IS EXTREMELY TALENTED, SKILLED, and changed my hair life. I have natural curls, grey, layers, all over color with highlights, and Christy used her skills to make me look like I’m in my 20’s. Soft, long, beautiful hair. I first came to her on recommendation for color correction (my hair was brassy and not uniformly colored). I book 7 weeks in advance to make sure I can get in.

I’ve been coming to see Christy religiously, every 7 – 8 weeks, for 8 years. Chrissy handles my hair and Taylor — my mom’s. We can’t be happier. Never once did I walk away disappointed. They use great product and really care about the health of your hair. Both are great colorists and excellent stylists. Strongly recommend if you are looking for a professional haircut and color.

Christy at icon is the best stylist I could ever hope for! I come religiously every 2.5 months for almost three years. I am always happy with my experiences. Christy is top notch, I refer everyone I know to her! Convenient parking lot for those who don’t like to deal with downtown parking too!

A gal at work had the best hair. I asked her who she went to and she said, Taylor at Salon Icon. Well, that was 3 years ago and I’ve been going to Taylor ever since. She’s so good. She makes it look easy – but trust me, after YEARS of sub-​par (or wildly overpriced) hair stylists, I know a good thing when I’ve got one. I have very long hair that’s colored, and Taylor keeps me looking great. I get compliments all the time. All I tell people is: Taylor at Salon Icon. You won’t be disappointed.

So I felt a need for a change but was scared at the same time. Decided to go short and then panicked when the hair cut began. Taylor, who has been my stylist forever, convinced me to go with my instincts and so glad I did. Loved the outcome and have received the best feedback I have ever got on a new cut. Taylor is AMAZING and my new style has made me feel wonderful!

I always go to Christy for my cut and color and wouldn’t know what to do without her. She does such an amazing job. She knows my hair and makes recommendations on what would work and what wouldn’t work for my hair type and face’s shape and features. She’s very meticulous so will spend the extra time to make sure every hair falls perfectly and I appreciate that so much about her. It’s always a pleasure visiting Christy (and also Taylor) at Icon. The location is very convenient with dedicated parking, so I don’t have to bother with trying to find a parking spot or plugging meters. Make sure you call to make an appointment at least a couple of weeks in advance.

Christy is awesome. She knows how to work with thick Asian hair and how to thin and texturize it properly. She gave me great advice about my hair and gave me one of the best hair cuts ever. Cuts run around $ 45 – 50 before tip and she books about a week out.
