Established in 2011.

Cake Pop Baby was created in Karen America’s kitchen with the idea of creating artful and fun baking creations on a stick. It started with a few dozen made for friends, and has swirled and swizzled its way across the US with its many flavors, designs, and colors.

Karen America is a pianist, teacher, mother, and now midnight baker. She was born in Hong Kong, which means she loves to eat and moves faster than Chow Yun Fat. She hates kung pao chicken, and loves baking little pops people enjoy.

I’ve used Cake Pop Baby three times now and I ab·so·lute·ly LOVE the taste and the creativity. Thank you Karen for all your hard work that you put into the desserts. You are always pleasant and fun to deal with and you understood everything that I wanted. I was so surprised when I had seen it as it was so different to what I had ever imagined. Thanks again and I will definitely be referring people to you. Chocolate is definitely my favorite, super moist, perfect sweetness. I’m excited and looking forward to ordering from you again.

I’ve used Cake Pop Baby three times now for my student recitals. Karen decorated the pops beautifully with Clefs and Notes. My students, who have had «other» (Starbucks) cake pops said these were the best! I’m looking forward to the next recital and more cake pops!

Looks pretty but tastes pretty awful
Wow — these looked so nice, but they are not actually cake instead, but more like partially cooked batter — kind of more like a marzipan texture. Our guests could eat the red velvet ones, but everyone spit out the white cake ones, which were like cookie dough texture but less sweet. The chocolate covering was good. Even if you get these on a deal, if you want cake, this is not cake. I had high hopes but I was really sorry I didn’t get a back up for our party since nobody actually liked them (perhpas kids will like them more than adults).

These are amazing! So delicious, I can’t stop eating them!
I ordered two dozen for a little boys birthday party and not only were they super popular but they were a super cute party decoration. The owner was super helpful and worked with me to match the cake pop order to the theme of the birthday party perfectly!
I would highly recommend these!

Last night we enjoyed all 3 flavors of these fabulous cake pops! They were moist, flavorfu, l and nicely decorated. Karen, the owner, was incredibly kind and accommodating. The pops were the hit of the party and everyone raved. I would highly recommend her pops for a tasty and fun treat for your next party!
