I totally like every single place that serves honest food and heart warming service. But in the case of McDonalds, they were just like okay, because they’ve been in the food industry for so long and I grew up coming here so «Okay» would be the best word that I would describe them. Service is still the same, no changes, just plain slow, same as always. The place is sometimes clean and sometimes worst, yeah, I’ve seen the worst area of mcdonalds.

What a nightmare! Can’t decide whether this place is more like Fort Knox or Alcatraz: which is harder… finding one’s way in, or OUT!!! The parking lot is like a maze designed to test mice in a lab experiment. The employees are all semi-impaired in some form or another. Neither English, nor Spanish is spoken nor understood. If you come here, bring Advil!

Recently remodeled. This popular McDonald’s in Port Chester is open 24 hours and offers speedy service both in the restaurant and drive thru. The service and food here are both above average and there is adequate parking too!

Don’t eat this«food». It tastes bad, and is really bad for your body. Instead, try a healthy meal.

15+ minute drive through line with half brain-dead rude employees that gave me the wrong order. Not my first time having an issue with this place either. The inside is filthy and very loud from the inane screeches, hoots, and hollers from the employees. The workers have absolutely no knowledge on anything, especially the McMenu, as the staff consists of good-for-nothing lowlives that would be better suited for a career shoveling horse manure. The majority of McDonald’s franchises in Westchester are well-run, but this Port Chester location is an unfortunate exception and an overall disgrace to the reputable McDonald’s company name.
