Typically a visit to an office supply store is pretty uneventful and nothing to get too excited about.
I have never experienced the level of customer service I received today.
First everyone in the store was smiling and obviously happy to be at work.
They were equally happy to assist me in my quest to find a new briefcase.
When I found what I was looking they even helped me save a great deal of money.
Manager J. Terry was fantastic and I unfortunately don’t recall the cashiers name.
I only wish this store was in my home state so I could shop here on a regular basis.

Convenient & friendly… With a good selection of items in-​stock. Finally allow scanning of «their own» electronic coupon from a smart device. Generally have good «specials»… Sign up for email specials and also look for their ad when you get there.
