Extremely dirty. All tables had unclean plates on them with no one sitting there. Lots of teen«workers» standing around doing nothing. Gross!

This is my other favorite restaurant! They catered my wedding rehearsal many, many years ago when they first opened. I have several favorites dishes! The food is delicious!

As fast-foodish chain restaurants go, Noodles & Company is one of my favorites. Fresh ingredients, good service, interesting flavor combinations, etc. This location tends to be among the best I’ve run across. The biggest issue here is that, oddly for a suburb, they seriously lack parking. Often, you have to park at the mall across the street or next door. Food-wise, it’s about the same as any other N & C. My personal favorites are the Penne Rosa and the Bangkok Curry. I like it spicy. This location is always clean, service is prompt and food is consistent.

Ordered carry-out & was expecting a sloppy mess, like you get at some restaurants; however, my items were nicely packaged, I had more than enough silverware & napkins and the interaction was quick and friendly. When I opened my food, it tasted fresh as it was still warm & all ingredients were correct. I would recommend Noodles & Company to anyone. No matter what restaurant I go in, the experience is always pleasant and the food delicious, regardless of how busy they are.

The food is typically good, and the service is typically terrible. Tonight a hugely overweight guy sweating profusely took my order(someone who should not be within arms reach of food for fear of sprinkling it with sweat), and he seemed none to pleased to be working – not someone you want in customer service. One of the cooks was using his gloved hand to scratch behind his ear and the other cook had some kind of ear lobe thing going where they were about 4″ in diameter, along with a bunch of poorly executed tattoos. Not to mention the nine dirty tables(used plates and food stuffs) in the dining area. I’ll not return.

Clean tables. Fast friendly service. No erroneous noodles in our pastas. Hot food and cold drinks.

I come here on the regular with co-workers and it used to be very good. Lately, overall quality has slipped. On our most recent visit, our food wasn’t hot, just barely warm. One of the members of our party found a piece of cardboard in her food and when she told the manager, he insisted it was a mushroom, but mushrooms aren’t corrugated(she was eventually refunded her money). The outdoor dining area was dirty; tables hadn’t been wiped down in a while and were sticky. I wonder if management has recently changed and that’s why things have faltered. We used to enjoy coming here for lunch, but it has fallen out of our regular rotation.

Food is hot and good… but at 11am on Thursday, this place is filthy. Floors need vacuumed, coke machine and condiment bar is sticky. Restrooms need a good once over as well. It is like Management does not car.

Could stand to be cleaned! Floors need swept, friendly service is a plus! — food is cooked fresh to order!

Burned mac and cheese pots. They do not clean the burned cheese from the pot and that acrid flavor transfers to food that isn’t burned. The noodles are slightly overcooked and I abhor random noodles mixed into my food. Not sure of the system they have going on but apparently all of the pasta is made in the same pot. Spaghetti and egg noodles mixed in with my elbows? Gross and lazy. These noodles all have different cooking times. Not returning.

Becoming a fan of this establishment with my coworkers in a hurry. The mac and cheese is amazing, especially when you add protein(meat!). My first visit I was unsure really how much food would be received– needless to say the next time I went with the regular or small. The larger bowl is simply too much for a lunch, and basically enough for 2. The pricing is reasonable, the staff has been exceptional every time we are there. I look forward to stopping in for lunch again soon.

Well the noodles were not cooked all the way, they tried again and still not cooked so we decided to leave since a third time would be a bit much. My wife’s was the same way

Typical Noodles & Co. restaurant, nice alternative to the usual fried fast food. Knocking off a star due to the undertrained team members that struggled to take my simple order, they should have still been supported by more experienced staff and not left hanging.

I love Noodles and Co in general, but the one in Plainfield is amazing. I always make it a point to stop when coming back from a flight. Its conveniently located for this getting to the airport and headed south from Indy. The price is exactly the same as all other Noodles… I say about $ 10 a person including drinks. They serve the table super fast here. They have a small parking lot for the amount of table space available… so I could foresee that being a small problem to some folks. I have never had an issue.

Delicious, family friendly, and so many options to choose from and try. I went with my spouse and son and we each got an entrée and drink. $ 30! Pretty high for the amount of food you get. I ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles with steak. AMAZING. I ordered the regular size and it was really only 10 – 12 bites and I had it polished off. I love the flavored infused soda dispenser. I never drink soda so I was glad they had Dasani water in which you could add a variety of flavors. I recommend half lime, half cherry! YUM! The place is clean and the staff is friendly. I just wish the prices were cheaper and you got more for your money. I would go back time and time again, I will just make sure to not go on a completly empty stomach.

I like the concept — just not the execution. I’ve been to Noodles & Company a few times and tried various dishes. Each time I don’t feel like I’ve received my money’s worth. Maybe it’s because I tend to order the«Asian» dishes when I should just go to a Thai or Japanese place. It irks me that they charge almost $ 3 to add a protein — if I ate only carbs for lunch, I’d be asleep before I got back to my desk! Noodles & Company is good if you’re with friends with varying tastes, I suppose. There’s just nothing that would compel me to come back.

This was my first visit. Had the penne rosa, I will have again when I return. Good food, clean dining room comparably priced.

Having grown up on Noodles & Co, I’m happy there’s a location at least sort of near me. The prices have gone up over the years but so has everything else, I suppose. I *always* have the Wisconsin mac and cheese. Sometimes I have it with the parmesan chicken and sometimes I don’t. I have also enjoyed the stroganoff, the penne rosa, and the pasta cavatappi. A massive rice krispy treat is always a must. They do takeout with ease, and will adjust any dish pretty much however you’d like. I also like the huge square bowls for a party or what Hoosiers call a «carry-in»(I’d never heard this before living here but I’ve started saying it myself because whenever I say«potluck» everyone looks at my like I have a third eye). This location is pretty much as good as any others I’ve been to in Wisconsin, Illinois, California and Colorado. Consistently fresh and good.

Great place for a quick meal. It’s nice that the food is brought to you, and you don’t have to clean up with messy trays and such. Also cool, since you don’t have to get it with meat if you don’t feel like it. I usually order the regular portion, so I can take home leftovers.(If there’s any). Here are the entrees I usually get /have gotten from favorite to least: 1) Japanese Pan Noodles… They’re just soo good! I love all the veggies in it. I find the udon noodles to be very unique in this dish. 2) Pad Thai… It tastes better than most of the Pad Thai found in restaurants. 3) Pesto Cavatappi… Best Mediterranean dish on the menu. 4) Penne Rosa… ehhh 5) Indonesian Peanut Sauté… I’m not a huge fan, since it tastes like peanut butter. 6) Macaroni & Cheese… Not worth all the calories. 7) Mushroom Stroganoff… So bland! I had to add table salt. As a side-note, all the meats are of pretty decent quality. It just depends on what mood your in. Sometimes, I forgo the meat and get pot-stickers to share instead. Don’t forget to get a Rice Krispy Treat! They’re soo oooeey and goooeey.
