Target Stores

I like to consider myself a bit of a Target store connoisseur and as Target stores go, the Plainfield store has a lot going for it.
First, keep in mind the store itself is quite old and fairly small for a Target, so don’t go in with the expectations you would have for a Super Target.
On the good side, they pack in virtually all the products of a general merchandising Target and do so in a way that it isn’t crowded or overwhelming. Unlike the store in Avon, this Target tends to be properly stocked and rarely has gaping holes on the shelf. The staff here is also wonderful and if you need help, they’re just a call button away.
I’ve never waited in line more than a couple minutes here, unlike other stores in the area (Avon, I’m looking at you!).
If you’re on the West side and not looking for fresh groceries or a pharmacy, this is your store.

I tried their oerder on line and pick up at the store feature. Well I am hooked. That was the easiest transaction I had in a long time.
Ordered and paid on line. Got a text when my item was ready. Went to the customer service counter in the store I had chosen. Gave my name, showed ID and my order confirmation on my phone. 5 minutes later was loaded and ready to go enjoy my purchase.
