Usually find great customer service here, but late last night, our cashier(older lady, believe her name tag read ‘Debbie’) was a total snob to me. I tried being friendly, asked how her day was, she responded with a sharp«good»(didn’t ask in return). And ignored another customer when politely asked if she had a trash can. I have never experienced someone so openly hateful towards their job. I would be more understanding if it were a teenager with heavy eye makeup.

Outstanding customer service!!! Super busy a lot but that’s because it’s a great store! High Five to Gabbie who has gone above her duty and to the berry sweet Tina who has been their for years and always makes you feel like your her family!!! I like to share positive in places we live in a world of such negative that all people want to do is complain mostly because we are a spoiled nation!!! Great job Safeway for providing us a great store !!

Safeway gasoline is a decent deal but I really must complain about the attendant’s attitude. If I didn’t know any better I would say that the guy behind the counter was an off-duty police officer with a chip on his shoulder. He was rude and disrespectful. I would rather pay more somewhere else than be rudely interrogated by someone who has not the first idea of proper customer service. What part of, «the customer is always right» does this person not understand? Safeway really needs to monitor and screen their employees!

DEAR UnilocalERS! This place is one of those places that makes you realize«you don’t know what you got till its gone» — Fort Minor. Thanks mike shinono. Having been away from california for two years… I FREAKINMISSTHISPLACE!!! There is no shopping experience besides maybe the nugget, that makes you feel so classy. And now i bet you are saying«classy… alex you are cray cray» to which I respond… dont you ever say cray cray again. But YESCLASSY! every store I go to besides this makes me feel like a real piece of trash… so just something to think about. I have been going here since it was built here. Employees change but it pretty much stays the same as far as selection. THEVERDICT: dear haters… you have no idea what you have! sometimes you get so spoiled you dont realize how amazing it really is. and lets be honest if their one things humans are good it… its embellishing and dramatizing a story they were the«victim» of

This store has really come a long way in customer service. It’s good to see them so busy.

I don’t know how people could say this store is expensive, I think the prices are actually very good. I just don’t like bagging my own groceries and that is what you can expect nearly every time.

Parking lot is disgustingly dirty! The store is ALWAYS out of disinfecting wipes to clean your shopping cart, and when you ask an employee for some they are stumped as to what to do. I have brought this up to the manager he was less than interested, and responded by saying«we are a busy store»! Adiós Safeway, hello Raleys!

HM… got a deli sandwich saturday… by that night I was puking constantly. All I can think about is flashbacks of the sandwich maker without gloves. and not washing between sandwiches! should have known better than to go here. Its the only thing I ate out in the past week… Its Tuesday and still sick. avoid deli at all costs. Not to mention took 20 plus minutes for them to make it. pretty sad what some hand washing and gloves could have prevented!!!

Great deli! They have a really tasty ham and cheese panini that I’ve gone back for a couple times, plus helpful and pleasant staff. I’ll definitely go back again.

I’ve had enough of this store. They don’t have some products that I like. This wouldn’t be any surprise, but they are very common products. The butchers will be working behind the counter while your waiting for service and look up at you and act like your not there. This has happed more than once. I brought a package of chicken breasts home once and they stunk. Not like rotten, but like that smell meat has, but really strong. I took them back. Tonight we made tacos. The shells were stale. Really bad store. The following is an update: My wife just called as she was leaving here. She stood in line at the butcher for quite sometime. Finally her turn and the guy says«I’m clocking out. It will be about fifteen minutes before someone can help you.» We’re never returning to this store.

Clean, decently organized, but without a doubt, the most expensive store around. On a positive tip, my girlfriend accidentally left her phone at this location, and they were kind and honest enough to call her and let us know. A+ for ethics, D for competitive pricing.

I used to frequent this store when I lived in the area. It is always nice and clean, well organized and the staff is very friendly. Some of the staff even remember me when I swung in here after it had been almost 8 months since I moved away, the people who work here are great. Also I have never had a problem finding what I needed when I came here, they always seemed to carry everything I needed.

Couldn’t find the«dog bones» for the kids: Scooby Doo graham crackers but the drug section had everything my sister and I needed to fight all the various head colds we had going on.

This Safeway has a gas station, and I LOVE it! The worst part though is that the gas station itself doesn’t have a bathroom. You have to go into the Safeway store to use a restroom. This can be a hassle if you are in a hurry, or on a road trip and not wanting to make multiple stops. I stop here a lot, and I think that the deli should be open later, and really, why do they need to have a Starbucks inside the store when there is a real Starbucks on the corner? Makes no sense!
