Caused over 6−8k in damage in 6month old furniture worst moving company ever I would never recommend them. Their claim procedures are the worst there is no phone number just an email address. Waiting period can take 60 days! They claimed to wrap furniture in pads and cling wrap when we spoke on the phone. None of which was done! They literally broke every piece of furniture we had them move some pieces are so damaged to the pointing no repair. We found tears in our microfiber sofas. Cracks in wooden furniture. Everything is wobbly and the amount of dents and dings are horrific. What they advertise and show online is nothing like what you get in the Phila region. What you get is an unprofessional crew with no uniform who cram your furniture through doorways without even caring. DO NOT USE FOR MOVERS!

I do not recommend Milestone. The movers who came were nice guys. Unfortunately, they did not have my updated moving list. They only moved things off my original list and finished 45 minutes early and still charged me for three hours of moving.

Milestone Relocation STILL has not shown up for their 2−4pm arrival time, which was confirmed more than a week ago via email and phone. (it’s 6pm now). No one called to say they would be late. No one is answering the phone. AND no one has returned my calls. WHAT A MESS!

Edit– THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. We called Sultans of Schlep instead and they picked up the slack. Milestone deserves negative stars.

These people were disgusting, rude and disrespectful. They told me that problems happen all the time and being late is to be expected. When they didn’t show after 3 and ½ hours after their scheduled time, they blamed me. Really, they blamed me! They suck. Stay away. You don’t want to use them. After not showing up, they canceled on me and it’s my fault? OMG! JM is Right! Go to EZ Moving. They know what they’re doing.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. We scheduled a move 2 months in advance for them to arrive between 2 and 4 pm. Around 3:30, they called to say they would be late. I calmly told them that it might be an issue and I would have to check on some things. When I realized that since they were planning to arrive at 5:30, it would be too late since my storage place was closing at 6.
I asked the manager what he could do to make up for it and he went on to make excuses and then blame me for the problem. He then told me this happens ALL THE TIME. When I asked him why he had no backup plan, he said he didn’t need to deal with this and HE was cancelling the move. Now, I had to call someone else to do the move the next day. Luckily, EZ movers and Sultans of Schlep both were willing to pick up this company’s slack. Go with one of them instead of Milestone. Milestone will leave you stranded.
