Yanni came to our home in a BLIZZARD to fix our heat. Not only was he here in record time but he was lovely, kind, talented and nothing short of amazing!!!

Shai responded to my initial voicemail promptly and we scheduled for a few days later. I waited until he was an hour late for our 9am appointment and called him. He did not respond until well after 8pm. We rescheduled. Again, I waited until he was late to call him. He had forgotten, but did eventually make it to my house, and we set another date for him to return with the necessary parts. My AC was repaired, though with some damage to the interior unit, and had passed the leak test. At last!
Several days later, there was a noticeable drop in cooling efficiency, and the interior unit began leaking again. I sent Shai a message, since he offers a one year labor guarantee on his repairs. He responded to say he’d «see what he could do this week.» I let him know my schedule and waited a few days to hear back. I sent two follow up messages, neither of which he responded to.
That was in July. I’m still waiting.
If you’re not going to honor your labor guarantee, don’t offer one.
If you’re not going to respond to text messages, turn your read receipts off.

After returning from vacation we noticed that our A/​C wasn’t as cold as it was before. I called about 3 HVAC companies and Yanni was the first to call back. He came to same day and explained my issue, which was that I needed a freon charge. Yanni explained how the low charge caused the pipes to frost over, and how with the charge the pipes should no longer frost over as the gas pushes all the air through the pipes.
Price was reasonable and service was awesome. Will definitely use again. Thanks Yanni!

Broke on Saturday — Fixed by Monday.
My whole experience with Green Air was excellent. I called on Saturday after my air conditioner started to make a loud humming sound and refused to turn over. Yoni answered and was able to come to the house to diagnose what was wrong with the unit within 2 hours. He gave concise answers to all of my questions and was able to provide an estimated timeframe of when he would be able to get it fixed.
Since my unit is older — they had to come back to the house Monday to actually take the whole unit out and find a compatible replacement. In 2 hours they were back with a replacement motor, and after another hour the unit was completely fixed.
These guys are pros and I would highly recommend.

Quick service, very courteous, very reasonable. During a heat wave our air conditioner died, they called us back immediately, arrived that day and found that our air conditioner needed a part. It was still under manufacturer warranty so they just charged us labor and handled the reimbursement from the distributor for us. So happy to have found them!

My AC decided to stop blowing cold air in this crazy Philadelphia summer heat and this company was the only one who was open and responding to my calls with such short notice. Not only did he come out to my house in a timely manner to fix what was probably an electrical issue so last minute, he also spent time answering other unrelated questions I had about HVAC units. He was very knowledgeable and even replaced our filter without us asking. Reasonably priced service with a super friendly and honest staff!

Shay was fantastic. He came the same day I called and fixed the problem. Personable, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Green Air. He even recommended a breakfast spot for my wife and I to check out.

Green Air had installed the air conditioning and re-​done all the duct work in the house we’ve just purchased. The AC unit wasn’t working up to spec when we used it for the first time. Shai from Green Air was responsive and friendly and amazingly made it out to the house the same day I’d called. He was professional and friendly and explained the issue while rectifying the problem. All in all a pleasure to deal with. Top drawer stuff.

Shai was great he put in a hot water heater for me and didn’t charge me an arm and leg. This is the 3^rd time Green Air has worked for me and every time they do a great job. I would never use anybody else.
