Starting from Beginning:
Had a cracked iPhone screen. Had them review and they said my sensor was not working. They didn’t tell me what that meant so I thought it would work once they repaired the screen.
The sensor did not work so I brought it in to have it fixed a couple of days later
So on my second trip now I supposedly have battery swelling issues. I told them I had no issues with my battery prior to this visit. Fix my sensor.
Fix my sensor and the next day the touch screen was not working then my phone went black.
Brought my phone back in for them to fix that issue.
They didn’t test my phone before giving to me and guess wants wrong now?
Now I can’t hear people talking unless I plug in ear buds or place them on speaker phone.
I’m cutting my losses and taking my phone elsewhere to fix the hearing part.

Terrible service and communication. Tried to have my son’s iPod repaired right after Thanksgiving. They held onto it a month and it was like pulling teeth to get them to call me for status updates during that time – I had to call four times in that span despite my requesting update calls). There was the first delay due to them getting a defective screen through the mail (they said they would expedite the second replacement screen, then didn’t actually do that). Then a second delay when they broke the wifi trying to repair the screen. Finally they couldn’t even fix the screen right when all was said and done – vertical banding throughout the screen. At least they didn’t charge me for wasting a month of my time and the opportunity cost of getting it fixed elsewhere. Will never use UBREAKIFIX again.

Ok… Where to start… Oh yeah, avoid this place!
So I came here 3 – 4 weeks ago to get my screen repaired. Experience was like going to the mechanic to get an oil change and have the mechanic tell you, «sir, we really recommend you change you serpentine belt, because it is bad shape»… Guess they didn’t know I changed the belt 4 weeks ago myself…
…Manager contacted me later…
Anyway, «got my phone fixed» and the face of the screen started coming off of my phone 2 weeks after it was replaced. Last weekend, I pulled out my phone to wipe down the fingerprints from my screen and I heard a «click» the screen went blank (and slight crack on top)!!!
Guess what their warranty doesn’t cover? Any physical damage.
So I just took my phone elsewhere to get fixed for a fraction of the price (these guys are way overpriced), and in less time. First time coming here they took almost 3 hrs to fix it (I heard a lot of chattering in the back, so I know not all of them were busy). The other place I took it to had one guy working at the store and he fixed it in 10 minutes.
As the other establishment fixed the phone he states, «man this is a cheaply made screen, I used the same supplier for a month, but parts were no good». He also stated,” whoever replaced the screen use a screw that was too long”, as he pointed out a circular scratch on the screen that could be seen from both sides.
Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else to get your phone fixed! Can find places that do better job with better equipment and for less price. Never again.

Do NOT take your phone here to get it fixed. Why? Because not only will they not fix it, they will charge you $ 120 for it. I brought my phone in to get the screen replaced. They told me to come back in an hour and it would be ready. I came back in an hour and a half and they said the camera would not set straight and they would need more time. I came back in another hour and they said it was fixed. First day I had the phone I couldn’t answer phone calls and had a difficult time texting. I bring it back and they could not fix it and get this — the guy says I cannot get you a refund. Seriously? You don’t fix my phone and you won’t issue a refund? What a scam!

Brought my phone with a cracked screen and got it back in less than an hour. It’s as good as new.

I can’t really complain about anything other than not being acknowledged when I walked in the door. I hate I had to drop $ 120 on the screen for a phone I’ve only had for 2 weeks, but it’s just like new again, took them less than an hour and glass isn’t falling everywhere. Oh and repairs come with a 90 day warranty. Worth the money. Hopefully I’ll catch the groupon next time though.

Spend the money to get your iPhone fixed the right way. I regret taking my phone to them and if you do go make sure that your phone screen is sealed on the sides. Now I have to buy a whole new phone because of the poor job they did on my phone.

This place is amazing, miguel helped me figure out that battery was the reason that my phone wasn’t working and they only charged me for the battery!!! I would go back here for all my phone problems!

I have been to uBreakiFix twice.
Both experiences were above and beyond what I could have expected.
The staff was professional, fast and friendly at performing my PC upgrades.
I absolutely will be back and highly recommend them.

My daughters phone has been broken for three months. This was affordable to fix verses buying a new iphone. It had water damage and a crack screen. They were able to fix both in two hours. She is happy. Doesn’t have to use up all my hotspot data and they even offer a guarantee.
If they cannot fix your phone there is no charge. They do military discounts very much appreciated!

I went to UbreakIfix to have a cracked cell phone screen repaired. I got the phone good as new. The 1^st time I dropped the phone after the repair the screen cracked again. This was a phone that survived a year and a half and it was in a case when I dropped it after the repair.

I am so happy to have gone to this store. The staff was very courteous and professional which makes a huge difference when I’m shopping or spending my money. They delivered as promised and they did not do anything to my device without informing me. There were no hidden surprises or cost at the end. I would recommend them to everyone in Pearland. LOVE THIS STORE!!!

Very quick and professional! Came in to get my cracked iPhone 5 screen fixed. They told me it would take between 45 min — 1 hour. I decided to just wait in the store instead of walking around the mall since it was hot outside. My phone was ready in 35 min. I called around to other places and the price quotes were about the same for the service I needed. So i went to this place due to its proximity to me. Im glad I went! Hopefully I wont need their services anytime soon, but if I do ill definitely be back.

Alright, so I went to this establishment to get my iphone lcd replaced 2 months ago.
It was brief, took some time and they got it up and running again!
Today, my iphones battery needed to get that battery replacement. but get this!
Turns out the specialist doing the service told me that the battery wasn’t the problem and ended up replacing my dock connector with no extra charge!
The guys here are really helpful, and if you don’t want to rely on sketchy craigslist services, give these guys a call.

If you have a broken phone or device I highly recommend you take it here! After my toddler dropped my iPhone I took it here for repairs. The service was incredible and they repaired my phone while I waited in under five minutes! Their prices are comparable to other competitors and they are open until 9. My daughter dropped my phone around 6:30 and I walked out of their store with my repaired phone by 7:15. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. It is refreshing to know that great customer service still exists.
