Jack In The Box

I’ve come here on many late nights for snacks after a long day of work. The drive through is always fast and efficient at this location. The food always comes out perfectly.
I usually get two tacos and a chicken fajita pie. The tacos are always crispy with just the right amount of filling. Although it is pretty greasy, the tacos are always so tasty. The chicken fajita pie has plenty of chicken with delicious grilled onions.
I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Worst place ever. It took 25 minutes to get our food, and it was not even hot. It was cold. They got our order completely wrong. Upon arrival the tables were filthy despite there being absolutely no customers, the employees were simply standing in a corner doing nothing. Completely unprofessional too– a customer came in and en employee sat down to tall to her for over 20 minutes, still talking.
Do not come to this Jack & the Box.

I decided to come here on lunch break. I saw that the line was short, only one person behind the ordering mic. After waiting 10 min I finally get to this ordering mic where I have to wait another 5 min. No exaggeration. After repeating myself twice I finally got to pull forward where I waited another 5 min. The food was good, I’m guessing because they took their previous time making it. Total 20 – 25 min wait. I will not be back!

Omg! As I write this we have been waiting for 30 minutes for our order. 5 minutes ago they gave us our food but it was missing one order! This place is not even packed so I do not understand why it is taking them so long to make our order. Everytime I pass by here I always wonder why they barely have cars parked in the parking lot and now I know why. Stay away from here!!!

I like jack in the box food, but this particular location, off of 288 and near Sam’s Club is absolutely ridiculously slow!!! The drive thru line is seriously slow, I usually give up and leave! I tried to go inside but no one tends to the front counter, they say hi and ignore you while hussling for the drive thru. I can tell they are working hard. But they simply do not have enough workers behind the counter to carry the load. I will never come back to this location. Your customers time is very valuable. I went to another location about 10 miles down luckily it was on my way home I was in and out in about five minutes!

I’m going to start off by saying that this facility is incompetent. Although a smaller store than other locations, the service should not be this severely incompetent. With even the smallest orders, a person, when there are no other customers, may have to wait 15 – 20 minutes for their order.

Terrible terrible TERRIBLE. Do not come here if you are in a hurry to be somewhere, waiting period for both the drive thru and inside the restaurant exceed 20 minutes (even if it’s not busy!!). The cashiers are rude, and short tempered. I have never had such terrible service at a jack in a box, till I came to this location. ⁰⁄₅

This is the WORST Jack In The Box I’ve ever been to. I recently started working in Pearland so I thought having a Jack In The Box near was great! The first two times I went through the drive thru and they took almost 20 minutes each of the times I went. I was only third or fourth in line so why?!
The third time I decided to walk in since I thought it’d be faster. WRONG! They took 25 mins to get my order which consisted of two tacos and fries! That was it. The fourth time I decided to go and give them one more time in walk in. They took forever again! The staff was slow paced. I was the only one there waiting btw. And drive thru only had two or three people. And did I mention that they made me wait when I first walked in? They didn’t acknowledge me for a while.
If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

This is the worst food I have ever received from Jack in the Box, normally very good who ever worked on 10÷4÷2014 @8pm should be a shame I ordered the ultimate cheeseburger and they had thin jr small patties I called them and they admit it they thought I wouldn’t know, not to mention the curly fries were old and they dropped them in fryer to heat up talk about cardboard fries $ 18 down the drain. This is 1 st review I have pictures and just trashed my meal calling corporate in morning

I love this place!
I was passing by after the Pearland Crawfish Festival nearby and thought a place with air conditioning to have a real sit down meal. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable with their products. This is a brand new location in the Shadow Creek Ranch neighborhood.
