Let me start by saying I went to a nail salon by my job thinking it’ll will be easier and more convenient. Well that was the biggest mistake ever and let’s just say they completely ruined my nails. I came to discovery nails and Vinh did an amazing job with my manicure. He genuinely cared about my nails and told me that I should get a dark nail polish because my nails were so bad I needed a dark color to cover my nails. I would recommend this place because of the excellent care they gave me. Vinh is awesome at what he does!

I seem to come here when I don’t feel like going to my absolute favorite place because of the drive. This is so far the best place in Pearland as far as cleanliness, friendliness, comfyness (ya I made up my own word), and they always do a good job no matter who works on me. Prices are average and if you mess something up, you just come back and they’ll fix with no fuss. They have a nice set of shellac colors to choose from. The only reason I give them a 4 and not 5 is because they don’t do the rockstar shellac coolness that my other place does. If they could do that and carry that, I would give them a 5! So all fellow Pearlanders, come discover discovery nails!

This place is awesome! They took my mom and I right away and both of our nail techs were great! Friendly and very precise! Julian and Julie both did such a great job and truly cared to make sure our nails were perfect! I haven’t found a great nail salon like this in a long time! We will be going back and telling our friends and family about you guys too! Thank you!

I enjoyed my visit this evening at this nail salon. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and I did not feel rushed whatsoever. I have been testing out many nail salons in the pearland area and most places seem to rush you in and out of their chairs, but not this place and they were busy! The guy managing the staff was doing great and kept talking to guests to make sure they were alright. I had Nina do my nails and she did a great job. She took her their time and I love that she made sure to get the side edges and the tip of your nails. I’m not giving a perfect rating because I think the massaging part of their pedicure could be better with more pressure. Since I paid more for the hot stone massage. I think it was a bit lacking and also my heels are still a little bit rough even after the paraffin wax and scrub, but the paint job is good.

My nail tech was very sweet and did a decent job but not great. She did not cover my nails totally with the polish, meaning, it’s going to look grown out way too soon. When I pointed out the unpolished nail area, she corrected it on my big toes but not the others. On a positive note, she took a lot of time with me and my experience was very relaxing. I will not come back because the polish job was not well done. I would have given this place four stars if the polish was correctly applied.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I moved to Pearland about 2 years ago and had horrible experiences with nail salons. THANK GOODNESS this place opened up. They are clean, take their time, and do what you want not what they think will be «better». I can’t say enough about this place except come and try for yourself. You’ll never want to go anywhere else!

I was debating on whether or not to write this review but I will because I feel a little ripped off. Two weeks ago I got what was supposed to be a shellac refill by a guy at this salon. After getting the shellac done I noticed that something about my nails wasn’t right. The nails were pretty but something was missing. Fast forward two weeks later I go to another nail salon and the techs are looking at my nails in disgust. They asked me who did my «shellac». They then tell me that it was not done appropriately since no powder was used. They said my nails were too thin! I don’t think I’ll go back to Discovery Nails since they cut corners on me and took my $ 30 plus tip!

Nice décor. Hard to understand due to language barrier. Kinda pricey for similar service on another side of town. Almost feels like an assembly line. Very rushed. A refill is just that. No cuticle treatment. Cuticles were ragged after refill. Had to ask pedicurist to scrub foot again. She wasn’t pleased. Boyfriend had an okay pedicure. Still has some dead skin on feet.

Just came back from getting a pedicure and shellac manicure. Very enjoyable and clean. The techs took their time and were very friendly. They have a wide variety of colors to choose from for shellac. I also decided to change my toe color and they accommodated to my request. Definitely will be returning again. After having a few unpleasing services at other Pearland salons, I’m sooooo happy to finally find a place that meets my high expectations. Amy did my pedicure and T.T. Did my manicure. Both were great! I loved my experience.

I sat and debated as to whether I’d give 4 or 5 stars, but I can’t think of even one reason to take a star away from them; they truly deserve all 5! I went in for the first time just wanting to give a new salon a try… I’m new to the area and have rode past other nail salons that just weren’t pleasing to the eye. I’m GLAD I stopped! I received THE BEST pedicure and gel manicure that I can recall receiving in a while! I’m even very impressed with my eyebrow waxing! Definitely a relaxing environment, very clean… I love salons that cover the pedicure bowl in plastic! The two techs I had were very friendly and paid extreme attention to detail; Bell for my gel manicure and Sussan for my pedicure. I enjoyed every bit of this experience and will be back SOON! :)

Nice and clean place. $ 30 for shellac manicure which includes massage and hot towel. Bell worked on my nails and she did a good job. I’m happy with the results!

Great atmosphere, clean place. Nice, friendly professional staff who exceed customer service. Nail techs focus on individual needs & dont make you feel rushed when trying to choose from Shellac colors. Will definitely return.
