Simply sucks! Always out of Fahitas! Manager always busy in case u want to talk! Staffs are like whatever, it runs. Doesn’t care for a good customer service.

We’ve been eating at this one(10645 Broadway St. Pearland, TX77584) for a couple years and in about the last 4 or 5 months have been having real problems. Hard crunchy rice, only 5 to 10 chips in a bag that they charge way too much for, etc. Almost all the bad reviews for this place are spot on and I don’t believe ANY of the good reviews, probably they’re own employees… My personal problem with this place now is how annoying they’re being with salsa portion sizes. I used to be able to get FOUR full cups of salsa to go with my burrito, I love their salsa! But now I can only get 3 and they are barely even half full. If I want a fourth one they want to charge me NINETYFREAKINCENTS for less than 2 oz. of salsa, freakin ridiculous! I had a chat in person with one of the managers here, he told me they are not allowed to give more than 2 oz. of salsa and no more than 3 cups and if he did they might see it on the surveillance cameras when they get audited and he could get in trouble. If that’s true then Chipotle as a whole is a HORRIBLE company, people in trouble for giving a little more salsa, really? Come on… So anyways, I went home and made a short video because they are not even putting 2 oz. of salsa(Like they said they are supposed to!) in the darn cups! Here it is:

Poor Chipotle, this location really does suck but beggars can’t be choosers so I’m stuck visiting these fools. Longer wait than most locations and I don’t mean that it is busier but that they have a hard time keeping up when it is Prime Chipotle Tme or PCT. On at least two occasions during PCT they’ve run out of meat and had us waiting for a while whilst they cooked up some more. Now, don’t get me wrong, things happen and I’m patient enough to wait for fresh meat, but this happens a lot. You suffer in line for 15 – 20 mins, finally it’s your turn, you’re ecstatic and then boom you’re crushed with the horrific reality that they ran out of MEAT?! It holds up the line further and creates even longer waits, it then flusters the employees and they get sloppy. Example of Sloppiness: I paid for two Guacs and made it all the way home before I realized they forgot to put it in the bag(Why me, God?!) not to sound dramatic but it was devastating! We wanted it so badly that we drove back to retrieve our missing Guac babies, the employee who was gifted the important job of inserting the Guac in our bag, ignored me. Rude! The manager noticed, helped me out and proceeded to tell her, in a roundabout way, that she sucks and they all need to work on better communication. Yes, communication is key, so at least they know what their problem is, but will they fix it? It remains a mystery, until next time.

I absolutely love Chipotle but the wait here was beyond anyone’s expectations. Took maybe 25 min to wait in line, yes line was at the door but I am used to med center Chipotle lunch line — wrapped around and 10 min wait.

Food is good, service is horrible. It seems like any little request you have, the employees roll their eyes at you. It’s your job. Be thankful, and accommodate the customer. The last time I went, we got a chicken burrito. The employee obviously overstuffed it and couldn’t wrap it up, thus tearing the tortilla. She asked if it was ok or if we wanted another one.(Considering that I ordered a burrito and not a half burrito/half bowl.) I asked for another one. I thought she was going to replace it, but simply gets another tortilla and wraps the torn(tortilla) burrito with that. 2 big tortillas as a base of a burrito. WHODOESTHAT? I’ve been here a few times and every time after I leave, I wonder why I’m back at this location. Why would I want to eat somewhere where employees are constantly rolling their eyes and giving off bad vibes. No thank you, I’ll stick to Freebirds!

I absolutely love the food here at Chipotle in Pearland. The food is great and tasty which is filling to me. I order the chicken burrito bowl every-time I order from here. I live in the area; therefore, my ordering is quite frequent. I will make a suggestion that around peak hours, this establishment can get extremely busy. If you want to try this place for the first time avoid going during busy hours because the line can get long. Overall, the restaurant is clean and service is excellent!

My most recent experience at chipotle was bad. The new products taste funny especially the sour cream. Please let people choose if we want the new or old. I love it the way it was messed up a good thing! This location has a line out the door every time I come. Tip: put more workers to speed up line so customers don’t have long wait time.

Very disappointed in the portion size at this chipotle. I have eaten at many chipotle restaurants around the country and this was the by far the smallest portions from this chain.

Three times has this location RUN out of crispy taco shells. Seriously, you wait in line for twenty min only to be told they ran out oh well. They never ever stock enough food and the staff can be rude.

I love Chipolte. But, this is the worst Chipolte I have ever been to. They are very rude. The food is never prepared properly, rice is under cooked, meat is over cooked. They are always scrambling to get the items on to the line, it seems they are surprised when they need something. The food line and restaurant are consistently messy. I will never go to this one again, I have given it 4 chances.

This place is horrible. There is no professionalism what so ever exhibited by the workers. Unfortunately this is the closest one to my place and we love chipotle favors. Reasons: whenever we go they either run out of fajita veggies or pico or rice.(Am a vegetarian and that’s the only option for me). Reason 2: One time I got a piece of meat in d bowl and the person who was doing my bowl just threw t out. I am like really ?! –after which I complained about t and got a replacement. Reason 3: always beg for! «Can I get some more beans/more rice/veggies/etc! … So on and so forth. It’s not a good place and I wouldn’t recommend it!

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to at least ten in the past ten years and never has it been this bad. Their service is substandard and they are always out of chicken and guacamole. The manager needs to get his/her head out of their(U know what) and run this place like a real business. They don’t even keep this place clean nor the soap dispensers filled. Do something! Jeez.

The good… The line was quick. The bad… No parking, it was dirty, no where to sit unless you want to sit outside by the hot pavement and freeway, because that’s where the majority of the tabletops are. This is the second time I have been to this location and ordered the bowl and was disappointed in how little food they gave me. I asked for lettuce on top and all I was given was about 5 to 6 shreds of lettuce pieces. The rice was under cooked and neither the rice or beans covered the bottom of the bowl. The meat was about a tablespoon of small beef chunks. I asked why there was such little food in my bowl and Both of the young girls stared at me blankly. I asked them again why did they serve such little food for $ 8 burrito bowl and they were expressionless and ignored me. I also paid 3.25 for a quesadilla which was only a small tortilla with a few shreds of cheese. There was only one option for cheese and about only 10 toppings to choose from to fill the bowl. Long story short, I left hungry and disappointed I made the half an hour drive to be under served, over charged, with absolutely no customer service and very little food to choose from.

I love Chipotle, but this one is a hit or miss. This is the second time I’ve gotten a bowl and the rice isn’t cooked. Who wants to eat uncooked rice? It ruins the whole thing. Chipotle as a whole is wonderful, but this location. not so much.

I am a huge Chipotle fan but this location was utterly disappointing. As I was ordering, the line came to a pause for while to switch out some things and do refills– that’s fine. But the girl in the condiments station seemed almost annoyed that I was there. I had to repeat myself twice for everything I wanted(which is understandable because the music was so loud) and then when I asked for a side of guacamole, they put it on my bowl instead. Now in fairness, she did give me a free side of guac because of this mistake. When I finally sat down to eat I opened the chips bag to discover there were barely any in there! I could see the bottom of the bag! At this point my friend had to go back to the counter herself because they failed to give her the dressing for her salad and then had to ask for another because there was barely any dressing in the cup!

The worst Chipotle ever! They are stingy on everything! Asking for double meat is pointless. Even asking for extra hot sauce they seem frustrated. If you can avoid this location please do at all cost!

The good: This chipotle location is usually fast, they handle the lunch rush well. I always have a good experience as far as ordering here. The food always taste fresh and the staff for the most part is friendly. My burritos even always seem to have a little more in them then at other locations(that’s great!) The Bad: The dining part of the restaurant itself isn’t kept as clean as it probably should be. I know it stays busy, but that should mean you should check the dining room more often. It’s why I get most of my orders to go.

My husband loves chipotle, and I like it. We go here about once a week. The service has gone down so much at this location. Everyone has an attitude, glares at you, and is just plain sour. I just picked up dinner, and the entire time I was ordering my bowl, the girl kept looking at her coworkers(there was some internal drama, that I had apparently interrupted by coming in) and then yelled at me when she didn’t hear me say BROWNRICE three times. «White or brown rice!!!» I ordered a barbacoa bowl, arrived home to realize she had given me carnitas. I don’t eat pork, so this is a problem. If I wasn’t so tired and didn’t have so much work to do, I would go back and get the right bowl. Someone needs to talk to this girl… Because at this rate, I’ll switch to another go to place.

I’m here about once a week, if not more. There must be something in the meat because it’s rather addicting. This location does get pretty busy in the evening, but I’m always in and out within 15 – 20 minutes. The staff is cool, the portions are more than enough and they keep a healthy stock of green Tobasco, which keeps me happy and coming back for more. During one of my visits, they were using the aluminum lids as bowls since they ran out of the actual bowls. That was odd, but honestly, I’m glad it didn’t stop production.
