Always fun with the kids! We had a awesome birthday celebration for my daughter even though we didn’t book a party. The staff tonight was on point!

Wish this was bigger. My 2 year old enjoys this place. We literally have to drag him in order to go home. They should have more games and rides for toddlers

Chuck E. Cheeses is Las Vegas to kids! The games suck up tokens like there’s no tomorrow but the kids can’t stop feeding the machines because it keeps spitting out tickets. There’s several children high on excitement and fruit punch running around and into each other. The older kids are there because of their younger siblings but they still having a blast jumping and banging on rides way too small for them. There’s adults walking around dressed up as a giant mouse, dog, chef and some crazy purple monster. Some kids are deathly afraid of them but others run to them to take pictures with them. Every hour these giant animals throw a dance party for the kids with a grand finale of tickets raining into the air whipping the kids into a frenzy. The whole time parents do one of two things: 1) complain about the noise and crowd while chasing their kids and asking themselves why they came in the first place or 2) sit and stuff their face with pizza while never ever paying attention to their kids who are running amuck and busting up the place. When the money stops flowing, the kids whine and grumble. Like Jekyll and Hyde they then quickly become full of excitement as they feed the ticket machine to score a toy that probably cost Chuck E. Cheese an entire shiny penny and will end up at the bottom of the toy bin to never be seen again. Their smiles, from ear to ear, win you over and you think just maybe we can go back for their next birthday party. Who cares if it’s loud, crazy, and a birthday party factory… our kids love it! As long as they keep smiling, we’ll keep paying!

I brought my son Ezyres here for his 2nd birthday in Feb. I honestly forgot her name but she helped us the most and gave my son a great birthday with her bubbly, happy go lucky personality! Had to post about her ! We all had a great time!

This place used to be known for the most affordable kid friendly arcade/birthday spot. On my last visit during spring break my kids and I just thought we’d blow off some steam and use some extra tokens we had kept from a previous visit. We go in and yes its hectic… it’s spring break. Of course there’s no seats but we didn’t intend on sitting anyways. But after using all our coins I figured I could purchase a bit more just because. Now the tokens are 3 for $ 1! OK after fun factory switched over to the points on cards, no one could really tell how much they were spending. So I’ve always loved that chuck e cheese kept all games one token at an affordable price. But now even they’re coin value is going up… that was the last thing chuck e cheese had going for them. The food is good but waaay over priced. I mean what is it like $ 11 for a salad plate you can only fill up once? Wow! The prizes aren’t even affordable either lol. Even the tattoos are about 50 tickets, that’s 50 cents but about $ 2 in games if you’ve ever tried winning tickets from the games you’d know. But ya, so much for this being our go to. Now with the rail being setup right where they’re located it’s just way too out of the way and inconvenient. And with that being said, sometimes the parking can be annoying too. But in the future I probably won’t be frequenting this place as much as we used to.

The reason why I give this place 4 stars instead 5 is because you need to buy a party package in order to reserve seating. But overall this place is always clean and staff is friendly. We were able to get a party table for a family of 13 the same day I called.(Very last minute) Thank you Chuck-E-Cheese pearl city!

Staff Where amazing… Our severs catered to my sons every need and made him feel like no one else mattered. Chuck E seems to love his job and the staff as well… Machines where braking left and right but staff overcompensated by giving extra tickets and coins… Not from this island but we will be coming back and sending everyone we know here!!!

«Where a kid can be a kid»… a saying that has stayed true for all these many years. We recently came here for my godson’s birthday. Not only did he have fun(which was the only thing that really matters), but we, the adults, had a few rounds with some of the games and had a blast doing so. As a fair warning, do know that some games can be very addicting. It was nice to see old games(games that were there when I was in the 7th grade, which happens to be more than 10 years ago) and new games, too. I like how they have food and token deals. We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza which comes with four drinks. I will have to say, after all these years, the pizza is still good. It is on the thinner side, but it was still packed with flavor. I would choose their crust over many other places as well. It was that good. With the package we purchased, we were also given 50 tokens. 50 tokens lasted almost an hour for my godson(each game takes only one token), and an hour spent here was more than enough for him.

We had our son’s 2nd birthday party here and we had a great experience. At first I was hesitant about booking it here because it gets so crowded and I don’t like the feeling of multiple parties being crammed into one space, but we wanted a place that would be fun for kids and that was relatively inexpensive, so Chuck E Cheese it was. Our host was Frannie(I believe that was her name) and she was awesome. She was attentive and took care of us throughout our time there. She took our pizza orders right away, which came out very quickly, and was also yummy by the way. She also let us know when to get our cake ready and she took care of cutting it for us. As hectic as it was in there, she kept it under control, which allowed us to relax and have a great time. We would definitely book another party here.

Even though it costs a bit more than what I’d like, I really enjoy the service. I’m one of those people that will walk away from an establishment with great food, but crappy service. The young people who work at Chuck E. Cheese Pearl City are absolutely awesome. They are patient and kind with all the littles that run around the place. Even amidst chaos(or what feels like chaos), they’re always providing service with a smile. It doesn’t hurt that my kids like the pizza and I don’t mind their hot wings. Wish they served beer like some of the mainland CECs, but I guess that wouldn’t be a good idea with little kiddies around.

Perfect kids birthday party spot. Tons of entertainment and games AND the foods not bad! This location doesn’t serve beer & wine like on mainland but that’s ok it’s about the Keiki… Right? Madhouse on the weekends or whenever the kids are out of school. Security is strictly enforced so no one can run off with your kid. This is a good thing!

My concern is, my 5 year old was picked up by his aunty. He entered with me, got matching stamps as me, and his aunty came later to grab him. I said my goodbyes and then about 10 minutes after they left, I realized that they allowed my son to leave with someone who he didn’t come with, who didn’t have a matching stamp. This worried me because myself and I’m sure any other parent out there, feels a sense of comfort knowing there is someone at the door, making sure a stranger doesn’t walk off with your kid. I experienced yesterday that they lack children’s safety. Of course I knew who my son was leaving with, but the staff didn’t…and she was able to walk out with my son, no questions or problems. I brought it to the attention of the staff in hopes they buckle down

–1 star for playing Hit the Quan and that lame Watch Me a Whip song. Completely I appropriate music for a bunch of kids celebrating their 1st — 5th birthdays. I get that some parents think it’s cute but I’m not one of them. The place is well staffed and somewhat clean. It was kind of hard watching one of the workers spray their towel and make a feeble attempt at wiping down the equipment. They might as well not have done it. The food was decent for a children’s place but it’s definitely some place I would avoid(if I could) in the future.

This is my daughter’s to go place if I let her choose and I like coming here because its a nice friendly environment. I usually buy $ 20 worth of tokens and that last a about 2 hours. Which to me is a fair bargain. I usually play some games too. Actually I probably use more tokens then her but don’t tell her that. I’m not a big fan of pizza but this place has some pretty good Pepperoni pizza.

I am a regular customer here. My kids and i always have a good time always a clean enviornment and the employees are always friendly. As a regular i know whats at the salad bar which is what i always order and there were no boiled eggs. I look foward to having a full stocked salad bar hence minus 1 star… might change my review next time i go.

Food was okay. Not the best thing ever but the fun atmosphere for the kiddos makes up for it. My son had so much fun and didn’t want to spend his last coin because it meant time to go. Sketch machine was a nice touch for a lasting memory.

My first time experience at Chuck E Cheese! The kiddo has been here a few times before with his grandparents and keeps wanting to go back for the joy and fun on playing the games that cost only one token. The food ~ pizza and bread sticks are better than expected, still nothing too fancy and worth raving over, but for Chuck E. Cheeses it’s decent! Overall, we all had fun!

You can’t hate on Mr. Cheese… For decades, this giant mouse has given kids very memorable moments for their birthdays. Back in the day for us, it was at Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlor or Shakeys Pizza(Who remembers that?) This mouse has taken that blueprint and upped the ante with a present day look. Pizza, wings, games, rides, AND a show featuring Mr. Cheese and all his friends! Our ohana came here for my nephew Jesse’s 6th birthday party, and boy did all the kids have a blast! The Chuck E. Cheese staff members did a great job of taking care of our party from start to finish, as well as all other birthday parties that were happening around us. It gets very chaotic in here! It’s a pretty penny when you combine the number of people in your party, making sure you order enough food so everyone gets fed, and tokens for all the rides and games kids can play, but it is all worth the memories that your birthday boy or girl will remember and for us adults, family and relatives you got to spend time with. My daughter just celebrated her 9th birthday at Chuck E Cheese and it was one of her most memorable birthdays ever! Yes, a night at Chuck E Cheese can feel like you’re being punished for procreating at times, but this time it was different! There must have been magical unicorn dust in the air because we had a phenomenal, unforgettable time which I’ve stored away in my treasure chest of memories to get me through my daughter’s upcoming teen years. Because I care about the happiness of my fellow parents I will now share with you my formula… FORMULAFORMAGICALTIMEATCHUCK E CHEESE: 1) ENSURETICKETBLASTERENTRY: What is the Ticket Blaster? It’s a machine that blows tickets in a plastic case while your child tries desperately to stuff as many tickets into their little pockets as possible. And it is ALLTHATMATTERS! You must book a party party package in order to get a chance to put your child in this machine. Yes, it’s marketing at it’s most evil but no one said the mouse was a good person. He’s a mouse after all. Book your birthday party package over the phone and reserve your seats for $ 1 each person. The basic party package will run you about $ 11.99 and there’s a minimum of 10 kids per party. We only had six kids but I sucked it up and paid for the extra seats. Why? Because if you don’t get into the Ticket Blaster, nothing else matters! I saw a sad little kid who’s parents didn’t buy the party package in a side booth and they had their name written on a Chuck E Cheese hat with a marker. He just watched all the other kids with this sad silent longing. That poor kid will have emotional issues for the rest of his life and spend years in therapy. It made spending that party package money completely worth it! 2) DOGOODINTHEWORLDSOYOUTOOCANBEKARMICALLYGRANTEDANAMAZINGCHUCK E CHEESESERVER: I don’t know what I did in this life to deserve such an amazing server like Dru(well isn’t pushing three children out of your body enough?), but he literally made our party! He was so on top of things from serving our pizza to refiling our drinks to happily dancing on stage like a robotic wind up doll. They don’t pay anyone there nearly enough money to repetitively dance to those horrible kids songs, but Dru did it with enthusiasm! He did everything in his power to make us happy! Kids Dancing: 3) GETTHATMAGIC1000TICKETCOUPON: This is the final step to becoming GOD in your child’s eyes. When they are 9 years old they don’t care about anything else in that moment except that 1000 ticket coupon which can only be found in that damn Ticket Blaster! We were given the option of having an adult help my daughter collect more tickets and I decided that I would take on the role of helping her snag the 1000 ticket voucher! If you are a ticket blaster newbie, this is basically the holy grail of tickets that every birthday child dreams about! I asked my server what the trick was and if you PM me I will tell you my secrets. I went into that Ticket Blaster for :30 seconds of glory with my daughter and in the first five seconds stuffed that 1000 ticket coupon into my bra! Yes, my BRA! A woman who watched us in the Ticket Blaster was mesmerized by how many tickets I collected in my tiny hands and said«Her hands are like magnets!!!» I was MAGICAL in that machine I tell you! After we got out of the Ticket Blaster I yanked that ticket out from bra victoriously like I had just chopped off the head of Medusa and my daughter screamed with delight!!! We ended our count at 1,844 tickets but really it’s not about the tickets, which at street value are only worth $ 18.44. It’s that she got that damn GOLDENTICKET and Mommy is the one that got it for her! #BOOM #MOMRULES Ticket Blaster Buddies Forever: Ticket Blaster Ticket Voucher:

Spending time with the wife. So decided to hang out for a little bit. So this place is a rip-off. Decided to play some games to kill time. Well the games don’t give out the tickets you earn, I guess cause they’re old. But even new ones turned out to cut us short. The ticket counter machine also needs some updating. Our total ticket count turned out to be short. I know no one will read this review about Chuck E. Cheese, but here’s the first lesson to these kids about capitalism. The staff are friendly though and we decided to just eat some where else.

Went to Chuck E Cheese for our sons birthday. I haven’t been here in many many years, perhaps over a decade. We were extremely pleased with our experience and my Son really enjoyed it here. The lady who stamped us at the door was extremely friendly and enthusiastic. She asked if we were here for a birthday and we said yes. She asked if it was a reservation for a party or just a walk in, we said walk in. The lady explained to us that the birthday child gets a free slice of cake and Chuck E and the crew will sing happy birthday. I was very happy to hear that. We entered and got our tokens and our Son ran around like crazy fascinated with all the rides and games. For me, I think the value deal of $ 40 for 200 tokens is a great deal. With every game and ride costing 1 token who could go wrong? Make sure to ask for the value deal at the counter as you get less for your money with the automated machines. The employees were very friendly. Chuck E gave our Son a birthday hat with his name on it and interacted with him. You could tell the employees loved their job. Chuck E and his friends interacted with the kids a lot. My Son absolutely loved it and we were happy with the service we received from all the employees. The area was also very clean; from the play area to the bathrooms. Lastly, for the most tickets I usually do the bull dozer coins and the spinning wheel where you need to put the coins into the slot. It may eat a lot of coins if you aren’t very skilled, but we came to a conclusion that those games gave the most tickets. We will definitely be going back to Chuck E Cheese when our Son wants to have loads of fun!

OK I’m tired. Got home from work to have my wife tell me we are going to our grand daughter’s third birthday at of all places… Chuck E Cheeses. Oh great. When we got there it was as expected. Noisy, crowded, and screaming kids all over the place. But aha, bite my tongue the place was clean. There were kids all over the place, but the floor was clean, the tables and seats were not sticky or grimy, nor was there any unenthusiastic, snippy, employees. Every thing was upbeat, and it was funny watching the charters showing the younger kids how to play the games. Even tho they did terrible. Every thing seems to under control and not the mayhem and that I’ve been exposed to at the Aina Haina, or mainland locations. Kids still had fun, employees were upbeat, and stressed out adults were having fun. I was ready to be a Grinch. But it was all good. My compliments to the management at that Pearl City location.

No one celebrates a child’s birthday like Chuck E. I attended a birthday party on a Saturday afternoon. My first thought was that it was WAY more crowded than I remember it was. Kids were sitting in the walk-ways, running everywhere. It was quite difficult to get to the tables set up in front of the stage. Luckily, our table was one near the Ticket Blaster, so we had more space than one of the middle tables had.(My Aunt said that we got the good table because she made reservations very early) It seems that there was one girl in charge of our party(of about 20). She was very good… so sorry I don’t remember her name. She served us promptly and was very accommodating. The reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are small things that didn’t totally ruin the experience: Some games ate the coins but did not give tickets. Our chicken wings took about 20 – 25 minutes to arrive at our table. When you walk in, they stamp you with a clear stamp that’s supposed to help make sure you leave with the kids you arrive with. On our way out, the girl standing at the podium didn’t even check the stamp. Granted, I did leave with the right kids, but still… kind of pointless. A VERYBIG plus– the pizza is good here! Crispy and hot and the cheese is thick and stringy. Yum!

If you have a kid that’s turning 6 years old, this is the place to have their birthday party. They do EVERYTHING from feeding the kids, to setting up the table and they even have party favors. You seriously don’t have to do much work in preparing for the party! Best of all, the kids have so much fun eating pizza and playing games. It was a secure playing environment where kids can’t just walk out of the door. There is always someone at the door. The staff looked like they really enjoyed their job too!

This place is awesome. Yup, you read that right. I said Chuck E Cheese is awesome. Not because of its cheesy(no pun intended) character themed parties, or it’s typical kids offerings of mediocre pizza and chicken tenders, but because the employees actually seem to enjoy entertaining the kids and providing a good time to them. I was impressed. Usually at other Chuck E Cheese establishments, it’s just another teenager working at sub par performance to make some spending money. From the moment we walked in, the hostess was very friendly and asked us several questions as to the purpose of our visit. We weren’t having a birthday party, but we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday. She made her a birthday hat and pointed us in the direction of where to go next. The next stop was the cashier who made suggestions as what to order. She also advised us of when to let someone know when we were done with our dinner so that way Chuck and his crew could come and bring out cake and sing happy birthday. The food came out fast, within ten minutes. The dining area is suprisingly clean for little kids running around, putting their greasy little hands everywhere. The play area is also small, but that’s kind of a good thing so you can keep track of where your kids are even though they have extra added security measures by stamping your arms with a matching number to your kids, so God forbid, you don’t walk outta there with the wrong kid! Chuck himself was walking around the entire time, posing for pictures and playing silly games with the kids. I’ve never seen that before at a Chuck E. Cheese. Usually, he makes sporadic 10 minute appearances and then disappears behind the scenes. We were there for probably an hour and a half and he was out the entire time and came up to my girls several times during our visit. After some play time and pizza, we indicated to one of the employees we were ready for cake and song. Within 5 minutes, they were out with Chuck and a group of employees with cake and sang happy birthday. The final ending to the night was picking out prizes… ugh, you’d think this was a dreadful process because of the line and because kids are generally indecisive. Nope. The line went fast, the friendly employees were courteous and patient, making suggestions and pulling out prizes so the kids could get a closer look. My girls were lacking in a certain number of tickets(not that many) to get a certain prize, and then girl was nice enough to give it to them anyway. My girls left happy and on our way to the car, Chuck was outside to say farewell to everyone. Thanks for making what I assumed was going to be «one of those headache inducing nights at a kids joint» an actually enjoyable family night out.

We celebrated my daughters 6th birthday at CEC. We got there when they opened at 10:00am, asked to be seated at tables acommodating 25 people. We were politely seated by the hostess and she very well acommodated my whole party. We contenplated going with the birthday packages or doing it ala carte. Ala carte came out to be a lot cheaper. Yes our guest and guest of honor didn’t get the crown, etc. but that wasn’t needed for an extra $ 200! We saved around $ 200 doing it ala carte. Sign up to be a member of the CEC club and you can get great savings coupons!
