I am not a fan of negative reviews but my experience with this company was truly unacceptable and I want others to be warned. The first time Roses came by they did a great job, our German Shepard looked and smelled great. We were happy with the service even though it came with a pretty price tag (they are not cheap). Anyway, we were happy with how great he looked so we asked them to come once a month. I asked if it would be more convenient to have a monthly agreement but they said that it would only work if we wanted them to come on the same day and same time every month. Basically there would be no flexibility, I decided not to sign one because my boss can have conflicting travel dates and I could not always guarantee that he would be home to be groomed on the same day and time every month. Either way, I told them I wanted them to come every month around the same time so I or the housekeeper would call to schedule the appointment dates. At first it worked fine, they even called me to confirm the appointments but in November they just didn’t show up. Not only did they refuse the housekeepers calls but they ignored my calls and multiple voicemails. To this day, I have not heard back or received any type of explanation for why they just bailed and never responded. Truly frustrating and disappointing, I am now on the hunt for a new groomer.

I have tried many mobile groomers over the years for my two indoor and now elderly sister cats. I want to thank Rachel for her wonderful care of them. After grooming they are usually pretty stressed out for a couple days, but not with Rachel. She also points out any conditions she notices which helped me to get one cat medication for arthritis — which I didn’t know she had. She has gained our trust for sure.

Rose was great! More then I ever anticipated. Though a little flustered at first because of the small streets and parking she still kept a cool head and good attitude and gave my two kitties the best care they could have received. She was prompt and efficient. Both my cats looked immaculate. not one single hair out of place, and that is difficult with a ‘Lion Cut’ on a cat. They both look extremely adorable and are ready to face those hot days of summer! Thanks again Rose! Por Vida.
