K9 Loft

I just took my two dogs for a grooming and a bath. Our puppy is 7 months old, and he’s BIG. We have given him baths at home, but we wanted to give him the KINGS treatment and k9 loft never disappoints. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and take good care of our pets!
Running a little behind in traffic, the staff were accommodating and made sure my dogs were comfortable. Once I arrived, they charged a modest day care fee. My pups were handed over to me and looked like they were ready for a photo shoot!

Best customer service, large daycare area that is clean, awesome retail selection an the owners seem to genuinely love dogs. So glad I came here :)

Our dogs go here for daycare at least a few times every month, and they are always happy to go. The front counter staff are always very happy to see them, and it always feels like they’re going to hang out with friends. And they’re open until 9pm on weekdays which means we’re relaxed about picking them up. We thank our lucky stars for K9 Loft!

BEST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR DOG FOR ANYTHING OFFERED!!! If your dog needs a haircut, bath, new leash or collar, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! The groomers are great at what they do and the customer service is the best. Any specific things you need them to know they will make sure to always listen. The dogs have a great time with each other too! If dogs could talk they would tell you how much they loved it! Never had a bad experience and will keep going back as long as me and my little Frank are alive!

I’ve purchased a lot of items from here. Such as, leashes, collars, food, treats, and even magnets. All purchases I’m happy with.
The 1 star is for grooming. My dog was groomed by Carlos. He was literally 20 mins late to our appt. He did not apologize, but just walked in like it was no big deal.
I suggested I’d walk my dog around the block, than to have her wait an additional 20 min in the crate.
He didn’t clean her ears or cut her nails. She didn’t even look like she had a professional groom. She looked like I just gave her a bath and towel dried her hair. I was honestly just happy she didn’t come out with some sort of accident. Those are worst.

It has been 4 successful visit. So far so good. They always take care of my pup really good. Professional groomers. The area that might need improvement a little bit is customer service. Some of them are friendly but some can be a little bit stuck up. A little more smiles greeting the customers can brighten other’s day. :-)

First time taking my Australian shepherd, Mac, in for grooming here. Was very impressed from set-​up to pick-​up. Was able to set up the appointment the day before without any issues and the employees were very helpful. The store is immaculate and the groomer made sure all my questions were answered before taking him back. His haircut was done beautifully and will be returning the next time he needs a trim!

I took Fergus in for a bath and groom. The groomers greet you and ask lots of questions to ensure you get what you want. When I picked Fergus up a few hours later he looked amazing. They gave him a cute «pompadour», nails clipped, ears cleaned etc. The staff were super nice and knowledgeable. The ambiance is upscale, boutique with lots of fun, clever and wonderful things for your pup or kitty. I felt catered to and not just another customer. I am definitely coming back!

There were four staff members and non of them cared that feces was attached to the back of our dog for definitely more than a day. (The store manger that was in charge tried to wipe him after we complained and it was completely solid, meaning it was there for a while). It was blocking his passage and he was suffering from not being able to relieve himself.
We are glad we had a very short trip, otherwise we could have gotten our dog in a lot worse conditions.
The real kick was when we walked out to our car and I looked inside the store, the manager and the other employee were smiling and laughing right after we left.

They did a great job on grooming, the grooming place is very clean i like it. And front desk girls are nice.

I have supported this place since the day it opened. My dog had an incident were she nipped at an associate for getting to close to her mouth. They informed me moving forward she can not go to daycare anymore. If she did, she would be boarded the entire time.
This is an unjust rule. I could understand if this always happened but my dog is very sweet and kind and moreover, K9 knows my dog and knows this is out of character for her. My dog has not been back since.

«Sigh» they don’t ever listen to what we want! A few times I ask to TRIM my dogs fur not shave it!!! The groomers need to listen… do what the owner wants.
Not what makes their job easier.
One more thing. Girls at cashier have poor customer service. Smh! Never going back.

K9 Loft is wonderful!
My husband and I have had only positive experiences with this business so far!
First, we took our little guy for grooming. He had a bath, ear cleaning, etc. Our dog does not require hair trimming or anything intricate. I loved the results! Our doggie smelled like an oatmeal cookie and they even put a bandana on him when he was finished! I always request Jenna because she is really nice and does a wonderful job with our little guy! Our dog has a tremendous phobia when it comes to nail clipping, he will just not allow it, ever. But, by the second grooming visit, Jenna managed to trim his nails. I have no clue how she did this, but I am so thankful. He appears to be so much more comfortable when he walks, and the licking of his paws has minimized!
We also utilized K9 loft for boarding. This was the main reason we were looking for a facility to begin with. My husband and I could not be happier. They completely satisfied our needs. Our little guy appeared to be happy, was monitored 24/​7, was being fed twice a day, and was kept safe. What more can you ask for? we paid for walks every other day (walks are not included in boarding). K9 provides food for the dogs if you are boarding, however, Drake has a grain allergy so I brought in my own food and treats!
The greatest part of K9 loft is that there are online web cameras available for you to view while the doggies are in the daycare area. Watching the dogs can be a little addictive, so beware! ha ha. As I stated above, Drake seemed happy and the attendants made sure that the dogs were behaving. I let all the staff know that if Drake ever got aggressive (which he did not, he was the perfect gentleman), that I am completely 100% fine with K9 putting my dog on a time out. They should do that with no hesitation, for any dog, period. K9 is there to make sure that they provide a safe environment for the dogs, and they do!

Great service. Fantastic Groomers. The best thing is that my dog isn’t itching after his bath. The past 3 years every time I bring him back from his bath his itching and continues itching for 3 or 4 days. We take him to K9 Loft and no itching and they gave him a GREAT cut

I went into ask about pet grooming prices. Was told I didn’t need to make an appointment, was willing to make one but customer service rep. Insisted I didn’t need to make one but to just call first thing next morning. Call first thing as soon as they opened, was told they were booked for the day. *twitch ohhhh okay. That’s fine I’ll just take my pup on Monday.
Take my pup to get groomed on Monday. So far so good. Come back an hour later and THEY TRY TO GIVE ME SOMEONE ELSE’S DOG!!! They even insisted that was my dog, like I’m some brain dead idiot who can’t tell what my dog looks like! Dude, it was a completely different breed of dog. My heart sank. I thought the worst. These people gave my dog to someone else. After a couple of minutes the representative came out from behind and brought out my dog.
I was very upset to think they would just give away some one else’s dog or switch them around. I’m not sure if they tried to steal my dog or it was a genuine mistake, Regardless, they tried to argue with me that the dog they were handing over to me was mine.
It gets better…
When I get home I notice my little guy rubbing his head against our couches. I check to see whats wrong and there’s a gash in his ear (From when they cleaned it). They cut his ear and didn’t even have the decency to inform me. I know for a fact this wasn’t a self inflicted wound because my dog can’t even reach his face with his feet (He’s a plump Frenchie).
NEVER, IN MY LIFE, IF THEY PAID ME A LARGE SUM OF MONEY, WILL I EVER BRING MY FRENCH BULLDOG HERE!
This happened 9 months ago, and it still makes me irate to think I could have lost my dog.

Before I went and reserved for an appointment for my dog I checked the review first and I’ve seen a lot of unsatisfied customers but I still went just to give it a try. and wallaa! I got the same experience of the unsatisfied customers :(
First, my poodle’s cut is uneven, his nails are not done. They told me because of the pink spot blah blah blah of his paw nails, it make sense but at least unsharpened it. When I got home, OMG I saw a cut from his lower genital. My dog drank more water than he use to drink. I red one of the reviews regarding his dog drinking a lot after the grooming. I think my dog didn’t get water as well for 3 hours that he is there. I called the facility and one of the rep told me that she’s going to discuss the issue to the manager and going to give me a call once her manager back from lunch but I never received a call from them. I should have believed to the unsatisfied customers. My neighbor recommended this facility and I’ve seen the good quality of the grooming of her dog but my dog is the worst :(its our first and last visit i guess.
Don’t get me wrong, the facility is nice, clean and the staff are friendly but my dog is the one needed more attention. I like the webcam feature but not in the grooming area. I wonder why.

The pet industry is such a high growth market segment — so — there are a lot of choices out there.
Would be nice if a groomer had public access cameras in the «back room» area.
Similar to a child care center. Generally kids can talk. Most canines have a limited vocabulary.
In my experience — this place did not give water to my dog while he was in the «back room»
My dog DEVOURED water like a starving madman when he reached the community water bowl located on the store floor.
The owner said he would show me the video documenting that my dog was watered in the «back room.»
I’m still waiting to see that video. Perhaps they «usually» give water to the dogs in the «back room.»
But — in my case — my dog was kept there for almost 5 hours with no water. And they took that long for the grooming.
Moreover — it was a hot summer day.
My hope is simply that this place is more mindful of the water needs of the dogs they groom.
Especially when they are super busy — and when the owner overloads his groomers with an ambitious (greedy?) schedule.

My boyfriend loves taking his dog for grooming here and when I did go and visit, I let my dog get a haircut and bath there too.
Well this time? Not too good. Her furs were not shaped and trimmed like I wanted but because he picked her up I guess he didnt understand what the deal was…
The store staff is super nice but man, wish my little puppy had a more shapely behind.

I made an early weekday appointment here as I wanted my puppy in and out from grooming. Like most places, grooming could take 3+ hours, but my puppy had one seizure episode a month prior to the visit and I wanted to watch the whole process just to make sure she didn’t have a second episode (I had an injection for her just in case it were to happen again).
I like the fact that this place has a viewing window, of which I used for the full 1.5 hours standing and watching my dog getting groomed.
After watching the whole ordeal, I could not bear to take my dog here again. After washing and drying, the man put her on the grooming table for her haircut. She kept trying to stand for him, but the surface was slippery for her paws. Because she kept slipping, she opted to sit down. The groomer kept forcing her to stand for the haircut, but again she slipped because of the surface. He kept shaking his head in annoyance for the next 30 minutes of the same pattern of my dog slipping while standing, then deciding to sit, and then forcing her to stand. I understand that my dog needs to stand for the proper haircut, but she can’t on a slippery surface. If a towel was placed under her, that would’ve fixed the problem.
Most groomers I’ve gone to charge the same price for my 9lb dog (roughly $ 40-​$ 50) and that includes ears cleaned/​plucked, nail trimming and anal glands expressed. K9 did not do any of the above, which I was extremely disappointed for the same price point.
Definitely won’t be back for grooming, but the front of house staff is friendly with all the products. My dog was fitted for an easy walker harness and we love it!
