Got my cards done here as well as a bunch of misc. printing tasks needed. They are very kind and the lady at the desk up front was a darling. Stuff was printed quick and the price was very very very reasonable. Why go to the big companies when you can support lovely businesses like this for the same quality, same/​cheaper prices, and BETTER service? (Garen is a champ!) Love me some PMX!

Employees are personable and very helpful. Had a small print job that I wanted to keep on budget. They offered me some great discounted, colored paper and did the printing for me. 340 copies, on colored paper for about $ 26.

Five stars for the service. A nice older lady was in charge of my order that I had at the end of last month. She was very responsive and quick in printing the material.
Why two stars? It is because the negatives outweigh the positives. After checking my credit card record, I noticed that they charged the same order twice on my credit card. I remember the moment the lady was doing card transaction twice, as she said it didn’t work the first time. When I reported this issue to the company over phone today, a man replied that their record shows only one transaction, and asked me to contact the credit company to solve this. Now I am in the process of «dispute» in which I have to wait 30 – 90 days for investigation and refund. I do not understand why the company cannot simply credit the amount back to my card that they seem to have mistakenly taken, when clearly it is not my fault, whether it be a machine error or human error.

As an up and coming mobile DJ every chance to market myself is crucial. I needed business cards fast. After taking my concepts to Garen, he was able to quickly work with what I gave him and presented a next to stellar product. I’m extremely happy with the way they turned out. Excellent service, great price, and impressive turnaround time. I would definitely do business with them again.

In my opinion, PMX is the only place to do your printing and copying! And mailing… they handle everything, which is so convenient. And Garen, the owner, is pleasant, talented, and patient with a capital P, but he is also incredibly helpful, which personally is a God send for me and anybody else out there not very tech saavy. He runs a well organized and professional ship, with the personality and ambiance of yesteryear. I am so grateful for PMX as a dependable community resource. Thank you Garen and staff!

I found this print shop through Unilocal and ultimately decided to give it a try after reading the other reviews and getting a very reasonable quote. Garen did a great job on my posters. They were ready at exactly the time he promised, and the quality was superb. Definitely coming here again!

I have created games and tons of products for my reading program, and Garen helped me print ALL of it. He did it in a timely manner, helping me when there was a problem or a mistake in my work, and trying to find the best way to make my products so I could remain in my budget.

I’m only writing about their wedding services. I would highly suggest NOT to come here if your looking to print out any wedding invitations, RSVP, menus.etc. He will not provide samples. instead you will need to order in bulk. I did not receive the service that others have wrote about and felt discouraged to find other print shops. But trust me… there are others that are kind and provide excellent customer service. I started my own business recently and designed my own business cards in Illustrator. I took my computer and design to PMX to be printed. Garen helped me understand the printing process and additional things to consider to ensure a great outcome. I made the changes he suggested right there in the print and copy center and returned after only a few days to pick up the cards (he beat his promised date). The outcome was much better than I expected for my ‘first time’ thanks to Garen. He understands the design and development process and manages the end product to ensure a satisfied customer.

PMX is my trusted place for printing projects that I need to look great. It’s much more satisfying than going to an Office Depot or Staples, as you get to personally interact with Garen, the owner, who is a classy guy in his own right. He’s earned my trust and my repeat business.

Garen was initially very accommodating but his mood quickly soured when I began asking more detailed questions about the type of paper my project would be printed on. He stated that they did not carry samples in shop, insinuating that I would essentially have to trust the work of his printer. Such a frustrating exchange to have with the business owner and poorly handled by the owner.

I was running low on business cards and my original supplier was just getting way too expensive. A friend turned me on to PMX and so I took my card in. What a fabulous job they did! And, I got twice as many for almost the same price as at the other place. Only thing is I had a hard time finding them the first time but simply because I am still new to that area. Otherwise, they are great!

I called in this morning exactly at 9am and had Garen on the phone, ready to give me quote (which was ½ of Fedex). He suggested that I e-​mailed him the document so I didn’t have to make 2 trips. He even replied to my e-​mail as a confirmation. My document was ready for pick up an hour before the time I requested.

Plus the prices are better than the 2 other print shows in walking distance, including Fedex Office!

I’ve printed business cards and presentation folders from PMX for my law firm. Garen has worked with me to make sure the design is good and has offered quick turnaround with great prices. It’s great to be able to see the product and have someone with so much knowledge point out the nuances. In my opinion, online print shops can’t compete with the service, professionalism and prices that PMX offers.
