FedEx Office Ship Center

I was disappointed with the fedex service — Delivery service as well as the customer service. I always had faith in FedEx and thought it was the best but now after my experience I guess it is exactly opposite.
First of all my urgent 2-​day (weekday) package arrives Los Angeles office but since it is weekend the next day they dont bother to send it even if that was an urgent very important delivery. Now the IMPORTANT document /​courier we were awaiting so eagerly and took leave from office — both me and my husband since we didnt want to miss this courier.
At 11.28am when everyone is wide awake and both of us are at home I get an email saying ‘nobody at door hence returning’. I mean how ridiculous is that, nobody knocked at our door and I happen to check this email only after ½hr.
The email also said ‘there is a DOOR TAG left behind. There was no DOOR Tag, I checked all the other apartments in my complex but they had none.
I mean first of all he doesnt come to my door goes somewhere else and says a door tag is left behind, which wasnt the case. My complex is also not guarded so not sure on what did he miss.
Later when I make my first customer service call, they have no idea and try to track the driver. They could only come back to me after ½hr — HOW SLOW IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Mean while I already made several calls to customer service again.
I went on the road — ²⁄₃ blocks searching for the driver but couldnt find him.
After I get the first call back they say we are still tracking the driver and get back to you in sometime.
I have never seen such slow service.
Later when I get a call back they say, you have to collect the package from their LA office between 6pm — 7.30pm. How ridiculous is that response. They make a mistake we have to pay for it. Unfortunately we didnt have our car that time. When requested for location of the driver they say ’ For security reasons we cannot provide you’. I mean I am in PAsadena, driver is in Pasadena and yet you cannot help me locate him How ridiculous is that.
Finally I get a call saying if you want to collect your package now, goto some Pasadena branch and collect it yourself else we can deliver it to you only tomorrow.
WHOSE MISTAKE IS THAT THE DRIVER DIDNT COME TO MY DOORSTEP AND WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Meanwhile I had similar experience with UPS where I had to collect a package since was travelling out of station and they were so helpful and cooperative that I could easily have my package.
FEDEX delivery and customer service sucks !!

I haven’t had anyone be this rude since grade school. What a bunch of jerks.
I get that not everything is going to go according to plan, but there’s no need to be rude about it.

I use this location often and their late hours are a bonus. They are open until 7pm on weekdays, which is very convenient. It has never really been busy when I have been in there, but I usually go during the 1−4pm hours.
The staff is always friendly, helpful and quick. I recently had an issue with a label I had printed off at home and they were super helpful in helping me resolve it by printing me a new label in office and re-​labeling my package. Great customer service.

This store has the best customer services. If your unhappy contact CM.

This is one of the only ones (let me know if you guys know another) FedEx store that closes at 7pm. So needless to say, I come here a lot with our last minute shipments.
The staff is ALWAYS friendly and smiles and says «thank you» after every drop off, even when I’m a few minutes past 7 sometimes. Great customer service.

There is no notary public at this location. :(

I wish my experience here recently was as positive as the reviewer above. I’ve come here before and received pretty good service. The Fedex representative at the counter lately has been grumpy with an attitude. Service here has gone downhill.

I often come here to ship things for work and Jackie is always really helpful. She’s always so bright and bubbly that I always leave there filling a bit brighter myself.
