They took my money up front, gave me the wrong business card stock TWICE, and tried to bait and switch me. When they messed up, I even gave them a hard copy of the card stock we originally agreed on and they still screwed up. A good handful of the cards were printed crooked. The lettering and graphics were also faded and chipped. Feels like they just rushed everything.
And when I asked for a refund to get the cards done elsewhere, THEY REFUSED. Ridiculous considering there are five other printing shops within a three block radius. What’s the point of offering a product/​service that you know you can’t deliver?
I’m usually forgiving of a business that does its best to rectify its mistakes, but this is the first place I’ve ever had to initiate legal action against to get my money back.
Do not go here. If anything goes wrong, they will try to spin the story around, bait and switch you, and rob you blind.

Sales Person convinced my colleague to get a thinner stock of paper to save money on print job for business cards. We get the cards and they are very flimsy. Go back and try to find some sort of deal so we can get the right ones printed. After paying $ 30 for 100 un usable cards, the manager said there was nothing he could do with the cards now that they were printed so they refused anyway to help us out in anyway. His excuse was that we ordered a particular card stock and they provided what was given. No satisfaction guarantee here. No example was shown of a business card printed on this particular stock they gave us either. They did show him a large sheet of card stock that was over 1 square yard. We don’t work in the card stock buisness so we trusted the sales persons advice. I am taking my business online where i can get 500 printed on higher quality stock for $ 10. Tried to support local business and it didn’t fair so well.

This is how a business gets 2 stars instead of 5. I was going to give it 3 but that description is bit too generous. I am trying to be very fair here. I went in to get a price for duplicating my business cards with a couple minor changes, I had gotten a price of $ 79 for 500 from a competitor down the street. They quoted me the same price and i said ok. The changes were adding a website address and changing one of the two colors. I paid $ 40 cash up front and left without getting a receipt. That was my mistake but more of a mistake on their part as it is their job to give a receipt so as to avoid any discrepancies later. Couple days later they called and said the cards are done. When I got there the cards looked fine except they had not made the one color change I had requested that was listed on their work order. I got an apology and was courteous. Minus 1 star. Two days later the new cards were just fine. I handed over a $ 50 bill to pay the balance and was told that was not enough. I was being charged an extra $ 15 for the color change which I could now see on their work order but was never told about it until now. After a bit of polite discussion in front of another new customer I paid the $ 79 and no more. Minus another star. After I got home i realized I was not given a cash receipt. Minus a third star.

I found Printing & Copy Store on google, and decided to visit them at the store for my daughter’s invitation card party. As soon as I walked in Tomas Davis made me feel so comfortable and took the time to show me all of my options and different ways I can go with what I was thinking about doing. He has hundreds of samples and work he has done, so if you are indecisive like me, Thomas will make life real easy!
Once I had everything confirmed for printing, Thomas had my cards made in no time (literally a day. I was extremely happy with the quality of cards. His timing, price, and quality of service is unquestionable. It really felt like a family member was doing my cards.
Thomas is very dedicated to his client, he is very easy to communicate with, via phone, text message, and off course email. To summarize my review Printing and copy store is very very reliable and very professional.

I came here to get some prints of a bottle label. I knew exactly what kind of paper I wanted, but was also hoping and looking for suggestions on what would be best for me. The woman at the counter told me that I could get the paper laminated to make it more bottle label like. I agreed and placed my order around 10:30/11 am. I asked if it would be done before five, and her reply suggested that it would definitely be ready before five. Come four thirty, I have not heard from them, so I call, (and am on hold for about 10 min…), and I’m told that the order is ready, but not available for pick up because their driver hasn’t come back from their warehouse. No problem, that’s nothing to really cry about.
My order was supposed to be for three sheets of a linen type paper. What I picked up were five different sheets on labels. I was confused and looked on the invoice and everything seemed right there. The man at the counter was also confused and said that my order was messed up and I was charged for paper not labels. Here’s what bothers me: he didn’t bother to offer to correct the difference if there was one. This is not the kind of mom and pop shop I want to support if they’re not going to be honest. Looking back, I should have said something, but I didn’t. My fault. Will not return here for that reason. Sorry.

These guys had great attention to detail. Thomas was professional and made sure the job was done correctly. I would rather support a local business than the big boys anyday. These guys did a fine job and to boot threw me in a set of business cards based on my design.
The job ended up being what I wanted it to be so even though the overall price was a bit expensive, everything was upfront. I am appreciate of them completing the job professionally and as promised. They value their word and reputation which is refreshing.

This place rocks!!! I run a small business and there is literally nothing these guys can’t do! They have helped us execute amazing business cards, presentation work books, signage (all sizes), window vinyl/​decal, etc. Their work is impeccable and they always deliver on time with truly quality work. I’m so happy I found this place and have been loyal for the last year. My business is in Santa Monica, however we happily make the trek to Pasadena due to the great service and attention to detail we get from Danny and Thomas. Keep up the good work guys!!! I went in with 2 projects that needed serious help. Danny was able to fix up my margins, change colors and do more magic and waalaa I had the BEST flyers in town! The service has been excellent. I emailed my second order and within an hour they had it cut, rounded and the new flyers were even better than the first! Will go back again for sure!

I needed a couple of CAD files printed large format. I took them here because they quoted me a decent price. I dropped off the flash drive and they said it would be a couple of hours. After not hearing from them a few hours later I finally called and was told that there were a lot of print jobs ahead of mine and it would only be a little bit longer. Then they called back and informed me that the computer that accessed their programs was broken and that they were working on it but not sure if they could fix the problem before they closed. They did manage to get the prints out at the very end of the day, but I needed them for work that day and took them there specifically because they said they would do them quickly. The reason for my two stars: if there were so many print jobs ahead of mine why did they tell me it would only be a couple of hours? Be realistic with your customers, if it was going to take all day they should have said that up front so I could have worked out my options.

Sure this place is great for «all your printing needs» only if the staff were a bit more competent. I came here to print some material and instead all I received was a waste of time and an ear full of excuses.

This store is a terrible choice for your copy and printing needs. My immediate impression of the store was uneasy because the staff was dressed in work out attire and was hesitant to provide me with any sort of certainty as to their abilities. The staff member who had helped me turned out to be the general manager. After discussing the business cards my colleagues and I needed he gave a half-​baked guarantee that he could make them. The general manager requested that we pay up front since the paper we wanted was a special order. He had told us that the cards would be finished in two weeks. Granted, nothing is ever on time any longer, I knew that it would potentially be more than two weeks to receive my product. After more than 3 weeks had elapsed i was still cardless. The store not only employs an incompetent general manager, but a staff to match. One of the employees had told me that the cards were ready, and upon arrival i was given another excuse as to why they were still unfinished. We had dropped over $ 700 for 500 business cards and received 0. This place is full of incompetence, false promises, and vile staff.

They have the best prices I have found for large format picture and poster printing. Especially good for conference posters (and I think they have a Caltech discount!)

Called them up for a fairly simple double-​sided color print job, but needed it the same afternoon. I called them up, got a great quote ($ 30 cheaper than 2 other local copy centers) and sent them files via email. The quality exceeded my expectations and they even cut the sheets for me for free! Good experience!
