Dishonest and terrible service. If you need any debinding and rebinding of books, take to kinko’s across the street for much cheaper and honest servicing. My $ 1000 board review book was terribly bound and 5x the cost of Kinko’s (where I had redone).

I have been teaching for three years and this is my first time teaching summer school. Needless to say, I needed to have materials prepared… stat. I had a colleague who was kind enough to let me borrow two large binders, full of teaching materials. I knew he needed access to them as well, so I looked into having the documents scanned and turned into a PDF file. I called Staples and they charge 50 cents a page! At 800 pages, that would have cost me $ 400. I quickly looked into other copy places, and am so thankful that I discovered Print X-​Press. Jay was the gentleman who helped me and he completed the task efficiently and at an affordable cost ($ 30 for 800 pages). As a teacher, this place was truly a life saver. Incredibly fast and nice and amazing prices! Saved my derrière today when a job hadn’t been done elsewhere. Their new location across from Michaels will be even more convenient. This is going to be by new go to source.

I needed a simple 100 copies on 3-​hole pages… Kinkos: 300 copies were $ 150 so they said 100 would be $ 50… Staples said $ 26.00 for 100 copies. Wow!
I’m visiting from NYC, I was appalled at those prices. My favorite Manhattan Copy Shop is 8¢ each. Print-​X-​Press said 4¢ per copy, and they’d copy on 3-​Hole Paper. $ 4 later I was thrilled, and it’s half the price of my shop in NYC!
THIS is the place to have copies made, and from what I saw at the shop, they handle the «big stuff» efficiently too!

I came here one weekday noon to print some last minute pictures for work. This was the closest print shop around so I decided to stop by.
I believe this place is run by just one person, possibly the owner… or maybe it was only him that day. When I got there, there was one customer being helped. I waited around until the guy asked what I needed and he told me to copy those files onto their public use computers. I didn’t get my prints printed until almost 20 minutes later. I was in there for a total of an hour for 20 glossed color prints.
Good pricing, decent prints, but very slow customer service.

This place was awesome! The owner (his name sounds like Gerard but it’s really Gevad? I’m sorry I can’t spell it right!) was so incredibly helpful and kind. He spent over 30 minutes helping me print pictures and make this gift for my mom. He’s the best. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good print job and FAST. :) thank you!

I copied 240 sheets double-​sided 3-​hole punched. $ 0.04 per page. Total $ 19.20 + tax. Great value. Done in 15 min. Fastest and cheapest place in Pasadena.

I had to receive a few faxes and I did not know anyone these days with a fax machine. I looked up fax services and Print X-​press was the closest to my house so I decided to give it a try. This place is awesome! The owner Jay is super nice and super honest. This is my second time using this place so I decided to leave a review!

I LOVE JAY!!! He is the best person who you can get to print your jobs. He’s reasonable, has quality printing, and is very upfront with pricing. I have been there twice and he really works with the customer. I will be there again today for headshots.

This place had excellent service and saved me a bunch of money! I was at Kinkos and they were not helpful at all! So I went over here and got better quality prints for way less money! They were fast and attentive. Even when 5 different customers came in all were helped quickly and simultaneously! So good! They will get all my business from now on!

I came to Print X-​press for an emergency print job for my company, and it was handled so professionally and in such a timely manner. Javad not only found the correct paper for the job
(he didn’t originally have it in stock, he went out and purchased it for me), but he cut each all 150 prints to match the European paper size I needed. He did all of this in just a couple of hours. I will continue to go here for all of my printing needs — he is extremely knowledgeable and gives exceptional service. He’s fast, friendly, has great prices, and prints at very high quality. Very happy with his work.

If you want fast, reliable, and reasonably priced services, I highly recommend you come here. Jay is so nice and helpful. I needed to find somewhere to print my programs for my wedding and Jay gave me such a good deal. He was very honest and basically told me in regards to pricing that he wanted to do me a favor since I was getting married and I really appreciate that. Instead of seeing this as an opportunity to charge more money, he saw it as a time to be generous ahead of my big day. Such kind and quality service has earned my loyalty for all my future printing needs.

This is the best priced printing services in the area! I suggest emailing ahead a time and calling to let him know you’ve done so. The owner is the only one working there so don’t expect to be in and out. Excellent customer service and excellent final product.

I came by and needed to fax a few pages. The store owner was helpful, gracious in allowing me to get the fax#, and helped me immediately. He let me take my time in getting my documents and info together then assisted right away.
I come here ALL THE TIME.

I do all of my business and personal printing here — the combination of decades of expertise and top of the line equipment turns all my projects from good into «wow, this looks amazing!»
Jay is wonderful — he has an impressive ability to remain calm and relaxed no matter how many people come in needing something RIGHT NOW; everyone (including me!) somehow feels that they are the exclusive focus of his attention. He’s been in Pasadena for years and knows everybody — as a small business owner I know I can rely on Jay to help me get everything done on time, under budget, and over expectations. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I’m including a picture of my new favorite piece of equipment — his C6000, the greatest copier/​printer in the world. The thing is a giant: it’s like the particle accelerator of copiers, taking up an entire wall and spitting out beautiful color copies that look better than any laser print.

My boss stumbled into the office one morning with a disgruntled look, a huge stack of papers, and no coffee. She put the papers down and said, «I didn’t have my coffee this morning. I think I just got scammed.» She printed about 240 pages for around 85 dollars. I balked. Granted, that’s WAYYY cheaper than FedEx/​Kinkos will ever be, but also, it was quite a lot! She also got it on some fancy paper when she, apparently, had asked for regular, bottom of the barrel paper.
I called Print X-​press, furious, and demanded a refund or discount. Jay, the man who I assume owns the store, answered the phone. He was polite through the whole thing and really considerate and apologetic. I was definitely being way too aggressive for no reason and felt guilty about it afterwards. We came to a polite consensus.
I went back with a co-​worker on Monday and we had a daunting task: Make around 1350 copies. We got in there, introduced ourselves, and Jay was kind enough to let me move my car to the back since we were going to be there a while and 1 hr parking was not sufficient. He introduced us to the machines and computers. My co-​worker was already really familiar with the machines so two hours later, we had everything printed and hole-​punched. It was pretty cool. Jay was helpful throughout the whole thing.
The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because there was a lady there (who i THINK worked for Jay?) who was a little disconcerting. At one point, something she was working on crashed, and she hit the table with her fists 2−3x and yelled out the F-​Bomb around 5 times. She also started yelling for Jay, who was clearly on the phone. She also stood really close to my co-​worker and just peered over her shoulder while we were making copies, and that was realllyyyy weird. It’s also super hot in the store, but Jay turned on the fan eventually.
So, hands down will be back for more printing/​copying, but fingers crossed that the customer service (aside from Jay) is more aware/​positive/​polite.
