Best service plumber we have ever hires to work at our house. plumber was Robert. he was on time and repaired a. leak under our sink up front with his repair cost and it was very fair for the amount of work completed. excellent service by A –1 plumbing

I am not a review type of person but it is worth to give heads up to the guys want to have them on board for work. I was fully charged for using the water pressure machine to unclog the sewer line but did not work due to extreme stoppage. Then the team suggested to excavate the line from front yard for 20 ft and replace the pipe. They offered close $ 7K and with all types of cuts and applying the pressure snake charge towards the total cost, Dave rock bottom price was $ 6200. I double checked the scope of work with them which did not seem huge and tried digest the price breakdown but I had forgotten that I’ve been caught in the corner with no sewage system and could not even run the water! Yes… they abused the situation and offered as expensive as possible. Anyway, I did the job with only 15% of their quote and extra scope, YES, 15% ONLY. I never mind neither to share the details if someone wants more info nor asking you to contact SEWERTEC, Chris O’Hara for super quality job.

A-​1 plumber Mike showed up 30 minutes early! He snaked out the kitchen drain line from the new pipe, until it reached the old cast iron, and could go no further. Under the house, he opened the joint, and showed me 100 years of solidified build-​up that had blocked the pipe. One hour later, and 10 feet of new ABS pipe, we were back to normal. Excellent worker, polite, neat. Only charged for re-​piping, not for clean-​out.

Dave and his Team are real pro’s and are customer service minded. I called them to help fix a wall mounted heating furnace, they re-​lit the pilot light and did not overcharge me. Ill us them for plumbing next, thanks guys!

Dave and his team are true professionals, we needed help with our heater and they fixed it quickly! They gave us a appointment time that was just two days out, they called to confirm appointment time and they didn’t over charge us. They were very reasonable and I’ll use them in the future.

Excellent service. Plumber that came out today was Robert. He was on time as promised by the office guy Dave who by the way was also great. Robert was able to find a leak we had under our sunk that was driving us nuts. Every time we did the dishes huge puddle under the sink and for the life of me I could not find Robert was able to find it and fix it in no time. He was very fair on the cost of the repair Excellent service. Highly recommend A-​1 Plunbing

They sure did a great job! The plumber explained a lot of things and if u want the job to be done RIGHT, these guys will do it right and not «mickey mouse» your appliances. He did a great job during a high humidity heatwave outside on my water heater and installed other things to the fine tune of $ 2550.00! Thanks A-​1!

My air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest day of the year and I can not believe
A-​1 fit me in within a couple of hours after placing my call late in the afternoon! Claudio, our service technician was awesome! he diagnosed the problem super fast and had the part to repair the unit in no time! Have the air going right now and enjoying the evening! It really seems unreal they were able to come by and fix it the same day! I am going to call them every time I need any help with my central air and heat! Thank you guys!!!

Impressed from the first moment we spoke to A-​1. Needed clean out of bathroom sink. Service was promised within 2 hours and Daniel showed up in 1 hour. Professional, courteous, clean and efficient work. No «this will cost more because…» price quoted = price paid. Snaked out the drain and left us with 30 day warranty. Owner called us back after Daniel left to make sure we were satisfied with service. Who follows up like that anymore?! This is the A-​1 on Bellford in Pasadena. A-​1 makes our «A1» list: support our local/​neighborhood businesses!

I called at 12pm on a Thursday with a pipe backed up and water all over my wood floors and they were at my place within an hour. They technician, Roberto, was great about explaining to me the possible issues and what they would be doing to figure out the issue. They cleared out the pipe and stayed late to explore possible causes for the issue and advised me on preventive measures. In the end a check valve was installed and they did a fine job. I also really appreciated the time they took to spend time to educate my insurance company on the situation and help ensure my claim was paid.

These guys are amazing, I have been using their services for more than three years and each time they are prompt, professional and pleasant to have work on my plumbing needs.
