I am a local, I come here often. I really love the atmosphere here! Unfortunately, the food is hit & miss. Just had a combo plate that tasted bland and unappetizing. It’s too bad because the staff is usually friendly(they fixed their mean drive thru person problem) and the breakfast burritos are very good. But I can’t speak fondly of the over $ 9 meal I just had that was not good! I hope Alberto’s can figure it out, I do like them in the neighborhood– but they need to get it together.

Good food. You get a lot of food for your money. Great for feeding a large crowd or family. I really would have liked to have a Margarita. But no. I will go back and recommend to friends.

I frequent this amazing place often. You can’t beat the price, and the food is delicious. Also, their hours are fantastic and they have a drive-thru. The staff is super fast, friendly, and the place is clean. All their burritos can be made as a ‘mini’ option, which is about ½ the price of the normal size, and the minis are still very filling. Everything on their menu is good, but the chicken burrito with verde salsa is the best IMO. The tortillas they use are so good, idk if they make them on-site but they are definitely made from scratch. I would give them 5 stars if their chips were better. Their neighboring competitor, El Chubascos, has better chips and a huge salsa bar, but overall I think Albertos has better food. If Unilocal would let me, I’d give this place a solid 4.5 stars. You won’t be disappointed.

As a former San Diegan, who moved to Utah and South Florida-I love Mexican Food. it’s just that I can never find the«real deal» outside of So Cal. Ever. I’m pleased to say that real Southern California Mexican is now available in Park City. I DIG this restaurant and the cool brother owners that run it. It’s an instant classic! These guys are personally are out cleaning the tables off. That’s rare in today’s world. They deserve our business! I love their Ranchero(White) Cheese Quesadillas and their tasty Chicken Burritos.(FYI: The Mini burritos are pretty filling for like $ 3.99). I like that they have a great dining area, clean bathrooms and a cool in-town vibe. Parking is rarely a problem-a definite bonus-more that not I can find rock star parking right in front. The owners tell me that 50% of their business is drive-thru customers. But, I like eating it straight off the grill– you can see the grill action right there from the counter. They don’t hide the cooks behind a wall. Alberto’s understands that a tortilla is meant to me grilled-just like they do here. And that a burrito is meant to me unwrapped from aluminum foil. And smothered with hot sauce(red and green.) In short-This is THE place for Mexican in town. See and taste for yourself. It’s a cheap date. It’s one place that makes P.C. a great town. Come on by… dressed up or in your still wet ski pants. Thanks for opening in Park City, boys!

Best breakfast burrito in Utah. My co-workers and I enjoy them multiple times every week. Their regular sized burritos are quite large and more than enough, but you can also get a mini size which is perfect for breakfast or a light lunch. Great hot sauces to go on you meal. They also make a great milkshake using only ice cream and candy bar add ins

Excellent food, service and price! While in Park City I came to Alberto’s every day, and everything i tried was delicious. They heat their tortillas on a flat top stove rather than just steaming them, setting them above oh so many mexican restaurants. You can get«mini burritos»(which are more or less the size of a regular burrito you might make at home) for $ 1 or $ 2 dollars!

For this kind of food joint it is 5 stars. I’ve been to many places by similar names and they are greasy and fatty food with a dirty interior. This place is beautiful and not dripping with grease! Services was awesome. The lady helping my family was really nice and even gave us a generous sample. I got the abodada burrito with refried beans on the side. The burrito was awesome. The meat was nicely seasoned and generous amounts of guacamole and onions inside. Definitely a quick place to hit up. Beautiful seating area too with 2 large TVs.

Delicious. Fresh. Fast. Reasonably priced. Great find. Close to main street. Don’t miss the churros.

This is easily the nicest and cleanest Alberto’s I’ve ever been to! The food was amazing m, the staff was friendly, and the place was spotless. I love the style with all the reclaimed wood. Their kids bean and cheese burrito is pretty big and for only $ 1! My favorite: Californa Burrito mmm mm!

Why 5 stars? –Alberto’s is nothing fancy, but put one in Park City and magic happens. –I don’t always want to sit down and spend a fortune on Main Street, especially when I’m dirty from being in the mountains. Enter Alberto’s. –The meat is not gristly like similar restaurants. –The shining menu item here is their half burrito, an option every tex/mex restaurant needs. Any burrito at half the portion size and half the price. No more needless food babies. –The California burrito here is hands down the best one I’ve found in the state. P. S. you should read Matthew L’s review too.

Today was my third stop here. It’s good. Solidly good, affordable, and consistent. Their burritos are the size of a small infant. My favorite so far is the chili verde burrito. The salsa which comes with an order of chips and salsa is delicious: it’s mild(I have a sensitive palate) and heavy on the cilantro. I don’t care for their other sauces(mild, hot, etc). They taste off but that may simply be a personal preference. In summation, if you need a quick bite for under $ 10 this is a great spot to hit.

Hell yeah. The empty feeling in my soul from being away from good Mexican food is lifted. Hurray for Alberto’s. So many options I can’t list them all but they are all great. Folks working there are terrific. Love it!

Have found the food to be fresh, well prepared and consistently delicious. The big surprise however, is after consuming chocolate milkshakes for over 50 years, theirs is one of the best I have ever had! Rich, creamy, and topped with chocolate sauce — doesn’t get much better than this. Highly recommend you give it a try.

Alberto’s, we are in love with you. So much so, that my wife and I have contemplated doing a week of Al’s, and eating as much of the menu as we can. Your breakfast burritos(served ALLDAY), are the best in town(and ski towns are no slouches when it comes to breakfast burritos), and your portions/prices are absurd(the former being huge, the latter being small). Have a normal amount of hunger? Grab a mini(available for any burrito on the menu), and walk out of there for $ 3-$ 4. Want to eat until you feel like you have an alien trying to escape through your stomach? Get a normal sized burrito. The smart thing would be to cut it in half, split it, or take some home. But stopping ISSOHARD. Om nom nom. Have more willpower than I do? Be sure to grab a shake. They are under $ 4, giant, and delicious. Some people have written about feeling sick after, and I think that is complete balderdash. My wife and I have eaten here 30+ times since it opened, and have never felt sick from anything other than overindulgence.

I still have a stomach ache, that’s why am writing this review. This is the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. To make things worse they serve it in a Styrofoam box, even when you’re not taking it out. We wanted to eat in and they have no reusable plates. I hate to think of the landfill in Park City now being overloaded with poisonous Styrofoam because of this dump. I got the fish tacos and nowhere does it mention that they are battered and fried. Great for somebody who requested corn tortillas because they’re on a gluten-free diet. My husband got the chicken chimichanga and couldn’t find any chicken in it.

I’m hispanic so it isn’t as true mexican food but for a fast food restaurant can’t complain. I’ve eaten the quesadillas they’re like really stingy on their cheese and their sauces like hello my damm quesadilla is like 7 dollars i deserve more then 1 sauce. They also lag on your order kinda annoying my boyfriend got food poisoning from they’re breakfast burrito so we havent had albertos for about 2 months now and i don’t think we ever will quite frankly.

Now you can get your Alberto’s fix outside of Salt Lake City! Newly opened and already bustling inside. With same location and type of cuisine but better food than its predecessor, Alberto’s is basically Tacomaker version 2.0. Like Tacomaker– still a salt bomb city. Par for the course. The exterior has been completely remodeled with beautiful colors and textures. A tasteful marriage of minimalism with old school mining town that should be called Park City Modern if it isn’t already. The Drive-Thru is a little hidden– located on the right of the building(when facing the front doors). The Drive Thru menu is a bit intimidating because its the entire menu splayed out in relatively small font on a single black-on-silver board. Below the menu are two black squares that close inspection reveals they are speakers/microphones– giving a clue to newbies that this is where to order. Alberto’s logo is an iconic mustached manly man– think Hemingway meets Marlborough man. The cowboy hat from the logo was selected for the menu to indicate that a particular food item may substitute corn for flour tortilla. Choosing this symbol was arbitrary unless, perhaps, Alberto’s hat is actually made out of flour or corn. Pleasant staff-member patiently answered questions about the menu and took my order. Wait time was terrible– but mostly forgivable because they just opened. Plenty of staff yet still working out the kinks of food preparation process efficiency. Or it could be the too-many-cooks-in-the-kitchen syndrome. Any establishment so close to its grand opening that it still has a «now open» vinyl banner out front accompanied by a balloon bouquet that has not yet dissipated its helium gets a pass on wait time. Was offered a free refill on my coke because of the wait. Handed a non-descript generic brown bag. Missed marketing opportunity right there. Observed a long row of various colored labels inside the drive-thru window; but sadly none were put to use to distinguish items within the bag. Also had to remind for the hot sauce condiment. Chalking it up to more greenhorn kinks but we’ll see. Food is hands-down way-y-y-y better than its predecessor. It is fresher and simply tastes better– not over-salted, over-oiled, nor over-preserved(as in Del Taco). They don’t even begin to compare. The scrumptious nacherito contains all the ingredients of nachos including actual nacho chips. Its an entire meal in one giant flour tortilla. The tortilla itself was a savory crêpe in terms of taste and mouthfeel– deliciously thin and Maillardly caramelized. The fish taco was much smaller and lighter fare. it came with a fresh lime wedge shoved inside the taco itself. The pico de gallo was super-fresh and chunky delectable. Bright orange cheap shredded cheddar cheese should have been omitted. The fish was battered and deep-fried but yet lightly flaky and dry-crispy. The fishy was a solid piece that did not taste fishy or briny. Howver, if the foodie deep within desires an amazing fish taco without the batter then simply saunter across the street to Sammy’s bistro and order the mahi-mahi tacos. Probably even have a shorter wait. Predict that Alberto’s will quickly become a fixture for local late late night Mexican food-runs. It is open 24 hours(closed Sundays though). RIP Tacomaker.
