Scott Palermo and Jim Sanak introduce you to Harcourts Desert Homes a new real estate brokerage in the Palm Springs area. With their partners Brian Rix and Josh Zipperman and the team at Scott & Jim Desert Homes they have brought a real estate brokerage with 127 years of success to our community. Scott and Jim specialize in real estate throughout the valley and, believe mutual trust, clear communication and a great sense of humor are vital keys to success and have incorporated this belief system into their real estate team.

Scott leads his team with passion, treats his clients with courtesy and professionalism, and communicates and acts with integrity and honesty. Jim Sanak, Principal and Realtor, a native of Michigan, earned his B.A. from Michigan State Univ. Jim is known as a strong negotiator, skilled in marketing and in building long term relationships with our clients, and helping them create real estate wealth in all market conditions.

Scott Palermo has been representing buyers and sellers for more than 15 plus years. He is an Managing Broker and Principal for Harcourts Desert Homes and Scott & Jim Desert Homes. Scott continually builds and shares his extensive knowledge of the real estate marketplace, finance, and the region´s distinctive architecture. A licensed Broker in California, Scott holds a B.A. in Chemistry and M.B.A. with an emphasis in Marketing from Texas Christian University. Business comes first, but a side emphasis on fun is always important, Scott also has a background in music and on stage, which has lead Scott to also become known as «Scott Palermo, The Palm Springs Singing Realtor.» Numerous music videos are available on his Youtube channel ScottandJimHomes, as well as real estate related news and property virtual tours. Currently, his YouTube views exceed 17,500 and his viewership grows on a daily basis.
