History

Established in 1961.

Fey’s Canyon, REALTORS (FCR) and its predecessors began marketing real estate in Palm Springs in 1956. Beginning in 1961, FCR’s owners pioneered the marketing of condominiums on leased land in the Canyon area of Palm Springs.

Following the successful marketing of Canyon View Estates on leased land and the sale of custom homes and lots in the new Canyon Country Club, it became apparent that a firm dedicated and expert in the marketing of residences on leased land was necessary to deal with the problems and uniqueness of leased land. Thus Fey’s Canyon, REALTORS was born as a firm of dedicated professionals concentrating on resort real estate.
