We started real estate here in the desert during the boom times of 2004 and have ridden the wave down in 2009 and all of the way back up into the current market. Throughout it all we have maintained the same standard of honesty and excellence that have always guided us.

With our background in Information Technology, we have always been on the cutting edge of the real estate business. Back in 2009 we were the 1^st agents in Coldwell Banker to use electronic signatures and were among the 1^st agents in the desert to provide clients an automated MLS search on our website. We understand the importance of making the client’s life easier whether it be with technology or old fashioned hand-​holding we’re always there for our clients.

After visiting Palm Springs each year for nearly 10 years, we decided to make the Desert our permanent home. We both lived in Boston for 25 years, even though we didn’t know each other the entire time. We both loved the urban environment, but the weather finally got to us both. If you’ve ever lived in New England, you know just how harsh the winters and even Spring can be.

In winter the snow storms affectionately known as nor’easters pound Boston for 3 or 4 months of the year. Then in Spring, when it warms up to a balmy 50 degrees, it rains… horizontally…for another 2 or 3 months. When warm weather does finally come, it’s in late June and the temperature jumps from 55 to 95 overnight.

We decided enough is enough. So we bought a condo here in Palm Springs and packed ourselves up and moved to the Desert. We love it here!!! We couldn’t have made a better choice. We love the weather… we love the people… and we love Palm Springs.
