My Rental House was bagged for termites the last week of August. Some termites were found dead and thousands of ants were found alive moving everywhere in the house the very next morning. I have called Marquez Termite and Pest Control several times and I have been told this is normal. Aren’t ants pests? Marquez Termite and Pest Control? The tenants moved in September 24(less than a month after the termite bagging) and I have thousands of crawling pests. Termite and Pest Control claim they guarantee their work but refuse to even give my house a follow-​up look. Bagging your house is expensive. Shop smart and interview those that have had their homes bagged.
