Probably the most unprofessional company I’ve dealt with. I work at a hotel and as such, guests depend on me to point them towards several different reliable eateries, theaters, cab services, etc. I called a few companies that gave me estimates in the 40 minute range, but the guests needed something sooner. Finally I called AAA and the guy said it would be 10 – 15 MAX, we were all good! The ETA rolls around and the guests come down to the lobby to wait. 15 minutes later they’re still sitting there so I call and am given an ETA of 5 more minutes at the MOST… their guy is stuck in traffic, which is understandable. 15 MORE minutes pass and they’re still here. At this point I’ve called 5 times, they’re clearly ignoring my calls. Cab companies– please just be honest. These people have places to go and timelines to meet. I’m never using this cab company again and will definitely ensure that none of my coworkers recommend them again.
