Penny Hardesty – State Farm Insurance Agent

I love this agency! I have worked with many different ones and this is by far the best! I work closely with Kristen Flick and she is amaaaaaaaazing! I will never go to anyone else again!

I switched over to Penny’s agency from another insurance company 2 years ago and I am glad I did! Her staff informed me of a lot of information about insurance that was never explained to me at my previous company. I also love being able to pick up the phone and call their office directly without having to be put on hold! They are very knowledgable and great at what they do, I will be a longtime customer of State Farm.

I no longer live in Kansas but when I did, I was insured with Penny’s office. They took such good care of me that I never felt I was not informed fully of all of my coverage’s and what I needed. At the time, I had renter’s insurance, auto insurance and life insurance. While I was there we went through a snow storm which left us without power for almost a week. I ended up driving to my father’s home which was three hours away just so I would not be out of anything I needed as I had young children at the time. I probably would have filed a claim had I not gone to stay with my family. We also had tornado incidents that hit in a town about 40 minutes from my home which I was supposed to have gone to that day but ended up being too sick to leave home to go to my scheduled appointment… Thank God, otherwise that too may have been a claim needed to be filed. The staff in Penny’s office always made me feel at home with them. They were caring and respectful. I miss the mid-​west hospitality, it is something that California does not have much of. I loved every time I worked with Penny’s office. Keep up the good work of taking care of your clients as I have family still insured with her and I know they love her as much as I do.

When my annual premium for term life insurance was due, I don’t feel that Hardesty’s office effectively communicated the payment deadline. So I lost my term insurance, and Hardesty’s office invited me to apply for new term insurance at a much higher rate. I won’t use this agency or State Farm again.
