Where to begin!!! Do not trust Stoltz management which owns Bella Pallazzo. Management refuses to give out upper management contact info. You have to call the court to get the info. I currently am a resident with one roommate and an animal. We have BLACK MOLD all over the insides of our walls and kitchen cabinetry. They are taking us to eviction court because we have not paid rent the last three months. The problem is that they still have not fixed the problem and we now have over 5ooo$ in medical bills due to weight loss and bacterial infections. Would you pay rent for black mold reported four months prior? BEWARE of moving anywhere that does not remove mold properly and without proof. Your lives are at stake!!! One of the many symptoms of mold poisoning is death…
