Nick Rouse – State Farm Insurance Agent

This agency is a complete waste of time and money. We recently insured a vehicle through this branch and they botched the VIN number. We went to register the vehicle and were not able to get plates. We received nothing but excuses from them and their phone only rings in, don’t worry about them calling you back or following up. I’m not saying State Farm is bad, just go somewhere where the agents are professional and running their agency like a business not a frat house. If I could give negative stars I would. Thanks for taking my money for nothing. FYI, I live in Nevada but own real estate and businesses in Kansas City.

After my husband was involved in two wrecks within a year, one of which ended with a totaled vehicle, my insurance company of four years raised our rates by over $ 1,000. While hunting for better offers, Nick quoted me with the exact same coverage for $ 1,000 less than my company was offering. In fact, his rate was only $ 4 more than the original rate I had held before both wrecks. While this incident alone would have made me a strong enough State Farm fan, Nick continues to go above and beyond helping with renter’s insurance, advice with new auto loans, and help forming an overall family budget plan. I would definitely recommend State Farm overall, but this agency specifically if you are in the market for insurance or financial assistance/​advice.

I had a great experience with Nick. He helped me save money on my renters insurance, and made a couple of great recommendations regarding some of the financial services they offer. I also trusted him because he was upfront with me by saying he wasn’t going to be able to save me money on my motorcycle premium.
I can tell that he is looking out for my best interest.

Cody at this State Farm place quoted me insurance, auto and home He asked how I paid for my last insurance I said auto ma tic with draw. Is that how you would like to pay with this insurance if we get you approved? and I said yes that’s how I would He asked about the back account I would use. He said he would send me the papers to look over. BUT he immediately took the money out of my account two different amounts. Which caused it to be overdrawn, So I cancelled That was the first of September I have called and called and still they have not returned all of my money He keeps saying Ill call you back and doesn’t. Dont get scammed like I did
