Don’t bother. Jim only works in the morning and expects his daughter and Fay to do the rest of the work that they actually can’t do. Prehistoric and lacking in technology. They still believe scribbling in stone. My boss had been with them the 8 years I have been with him. And they suck. Being personable is only one quality necessary for business.

I was really hoping Jim would work out. He’s close to our home, but he seems to have retired or checked out. I’ve been calling and receiving promises that they will call back with the conversion info for 8 weeks now. His assistant is his daughter and she is nice but they don’t follow thru on their promises. Disappointed in OP.

This is not a rating for how the actual insurance works (because insurance is always no fun) but for the actual agent/​office itself.
Jim is an agent on the «old» State Farm sales contract, therefor he has no sales quotas (or very minimal) that he has to meet so it’s really nice to deal with him because he isn’t trying to sell me more stuff. Just wants to help me with what I need. He seems nice, personable and friendly. His daughter also works in the office and she seems nice as well although I haven’t really worked with her directly. I would recommend this office if you want State Farm insurance.
Bonus: The office is directly next door to a Starbucks!!!
