Three words… Outstanding Customer Service! I’ve been planning a bachelorette party for my sister and needed transportation for the group, and reached out to several companies including SoCal Transportation, and decided to go with them. I heard back from Alexa promptly who addressed my million and one questions concerns that I’ve had throughout the weeks before the event. Alexa was patient, responsive, courteous and always accommodating of every question and request I made, and made me feel confident that I had chosen the right company to transport our party! There’s no doubt that I will be using this company again for future events!

I wanted to have an epic night with our guests to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. One thing I needed was to have is access to my million questions, enter: Alexa! She replied almost instantly anything I asked. We ran into a last minute snafu, which, of course, she was quick to fix! The bus was was better than I expected. All my guests had a blast, can’t wait for my next party. Alexa did such a great job, I already sent her a referral.

I was going to rent a bus with a group of friends for the Rose Bowl and heard from Alexa on Thumbstack. She was super helpful and accommodating and worked with me on the price to make sure we got the best deal in town. The weeks leading up to the big day my friends had tons of questions, so of course I had to email her a bunch. Alexa was always quick to respond and very nice. That kind of customer support is rare! The day of, our driver, Brent was early for pick up and had a big smile on his face. He was a great driver and couldn’t have done a better job. He put up with lots of loud (and a little intoxicated) football fans like a champ. He even offered to drive us home after.
Overall my experience with SoCal Transportation was amazing. Alexa and Brent went above and beyond to make sure the day went off without a hitch! If I ever need a limo or party bus again, I will definitely use these guys!

I had found their service last week on Unilocal/​google. We had a company X mas function to attend to in Laguna Beach for 12÷13÷15. I had called several places until we found this Limo service on Unilocal.Alexa was the representative that helped explain all the great offers they have in stock and the detail and confirmation. Our representative Alexa was excellent. Upon our reservation yest, our driver «Richard» greeted us with a wonderful smile… and was a perfect gentleman was very professional… he’s terrific =) some our guests were running a little late and we was very patient with us… you Already know Women run a little late… LoL…on our drive there was smooth we had a great time at our venue… for Brunch at Tortilla Republic… even we had rented it for 6 hours… we ended in extended for a little more and he still said it wasn’t an issue at all. They went above and beyond picked us all up on time and got us home safe to our work in Rancho Cucamonga… with a safe return even with the rain… This company is awesome!

The best! I would never use another limo service EVER! i have used them 4 times and they have never let me down!
The prices are reasonable too! Highly recommend!

We used So cal transportaton for my husbands 60^th birthday. It was an amazing experience! Alexa was very nice and accomodating and she supplied everything we asked for. Our driver was Brent he was awesome. He got us to our destinations safely and on time. Thanks again Brent and Alexa. We will be calling you again.

We used SoCal Transportation this last week-​end for a birthday party (7 hrs). From the start of calling for a quote we worked with Alexa Melusi. AMAZING woman who really knows her stuff. She sent photos of options within minutes via email and really put together a great package for our group that beat everything we had looked at earlier in the day. Once our itinerary was set she sent a confirmation and drink list for us to complete. Our to do list was finished within less than 30 minutes. We were so impressed by how accommodating Alexa was in really making our party so great. The driver, Brent was fun to work with and took great care of us. We did have a hiccup on the way home with the fan belt breaking which caused our trip to become interrupted (stuff happens). We contacted Alexa and the company more than reimbursed our out of pocket costs for this misfortune. We highly recommend this company to our family and friends and can’t wait for our next fun outing to call and work with Alexa and SoCal Transportation!!! Thank you so very much :)

SoCal Transportation provided a gorgeous party bus for my daughter’s Bachelorette Party. Our driver, Brent, was very patient with the 12 single ladies as they partied the night away! And I cannot say enough fabulous things about Alexa! She helped me select the perfect ride and was so much fun to talk to while she answered all of my crazy questions. I have booked them again for the stretch limo at the wedding. Once again Alexa exceeded all expectations. We even get Brent again as our driver!

We enjoyed a fun ride down to the races in Del Mar from OC on a rainy Sunday in July. Having fun in the limo beat having to navigate the slow traffic back home! But I’m writing to say — when I realized I’d left my hat in the limo — and then kept forgetting to call and ask about it — I thought for sure it would be long gone. Not the case! When I finally called many days later, they quickly called their transportation center and ascertained they had the hat. They took my address, got it to a post office and boxed up, and I received it right away. Honest people and wonderful service!

I used So Cal Transportations for my daughter’s prom. The hummer limo was very reasonably priced compared to other services and the limo was immaculate.
I emailed Sarah several times due to itinerary changes and she was very accommodating each time I made a change.
The driver Brent took great care of the kids and made the parents feel at ease.
I would recommend So Cal Transportation to anyone, they have great customer service and the team is very professional.

Use SoCal transportation this past Saturday for norco high schools prom. Rented a hummer limo for my daughter and her friends:))
The party kept getting bigger and bigger. When I emailed Sarah, no problem. She upgraded the hummer at no extra cost.
William the driver took awesome!!! Care of the kids. William checked in to let me know the kids got dropped off at their destination and that he was only a block away.
One of the girls left their purse in the limo. William called me to make sure they didn’t need it to get into the dance. He asked me for
Permission to look inside to see if their was a ticket or id inside.
Luckily there wasn’t and all went well.
William arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule and I was very very pleased.
I would use SoCal again and would recommend this company
