This is the first and last time that I will be calling them. They did a very sloppy job installing insulation to the garage door panels. There are many open gaps and defeats the purpose of hiring them, Paying $ 200 to minimize the heat in the garage. When I called Norma and left her a voice message, she did return my call and state she was busy. For someone who runs a company that is the last thing you want to tell your customer… that you are busy. Very unprofessional and very rude Norma. I did not get asked if I wanted to schedule a return to fix the issue to keep the customer happy and more likely give them more work, all she had to say was ok thank you and proceeded to hang up. Do Not Recommend.

Unbelievable lies and empty promises. That is the simplest way to explain this fraudulent company. 6 months ago we purchased a new spring for our garage door. After installing a spring (with a 10 year warranty) which was too small for our garage; it snapped within 6 months. When trying to get them to come out and fix their mistake; we waited for 3 days and literally 12 missed appointments… and nothing. We called another company who came out in an hour and fixed their mistake. He said, «they obviously didn’t know what they were doing as this spring is for a single car garage door, not a double as this door is.» I give you fair warning; if you deal with this company, you will regret it. Not only financially, but you will wait and reschedule multiple times only to have to use another company anyway. Save your money and the hassle. Avoid this company for your own good.

Rolling Smooth took care of us today. We had an appointment with another place and they never showed up. I called Rolling Smooth and spoke with Norma. She told me someone could be out in an hour. The tech came out and fixed our door, that we were sure needed to be replaced, in less than an hour without any hiccups. Very honest and kind people. Would use them again and definitely recommend them to others.

These people were very helpful on this Thanksgiving Holiday weekend. The guy I used before was a one man shop and was out of town when my garage door opener broke. I called Rolling Smooth and Norma stayed in constant contact with me until the repair man, Gabriel came to my rescue. Was honest about what was needed and was fairly priced. I appreciate the fast, responsive service. I would call them again in the future! Thank you!

0 stars not possible, person came by and did a half baked job on my tension cable and said i need to chisel a piece of my driveway. Makes no sense because he installed a bracket in the wrong location. Multiple calls and days of missed appointments is what you will expect with this ripoff company. They tell you they are sending someone and then no contact until the next day. Dont bother calling them with problems because they just wont pick up your phone and possibly blocked your number with google voice. Bunch of scammers. What goes around will come around.

My garage door is not working properly and I notified RSGD who serviced on 9⁄12. I stated the door was popping up and the springs appeared smaller than the ones he replaced. They stated a date and time and did not come or call. Their service is limited to the call that day.
