A Touch Of Class Limousine

Let’s start with the one star being given ONLY because it is required. My 17 year old daughter’s prom is May 16. We have a binding contract with this company for a 40 passenger limo bus. 9 days prior to the event, Jenna calls to say «the bus was in an accident and the repairs won’t be done in time and I will refund your deposit.» After further investigation, hearsay, but appears to be the truth, that this, and several other unprofessional companies like them, when it gets closer to an event like prom and a rich parent calls to offer more money for the bus, they cancel the contract and give it to the highest bidder. If it were not for Erik Avery of Avery limo Broker (619) 204‑3745, I would have 40 teenagers left stranded next weekend with no ride to prom. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!! Call Erik, he found a professional company for me in less than 5 minutes. I will be taking a Touch of Class Limo to small claims for breach of contract. Companies like this need to be put out of business. The sad thing is they will just change their name when the reviews get too bad. Pulled the old bait and switch. Promised a state of the art bus and sent pictures of it. Instead sent an LAPD SWAT conversion bus that lookes 50 years old. Owner acted dumb and didnt not adjust price. Stay away from this business

0stars! He showed up in a broke down bus, not the one we viewed and had on our contract! Then he (Denis) tried to act like he was just the employee, and caught in the middle… He’s the owner! The A/​C, radio, lights didn’t work, and he did want to pay to park. He knew our plans to tailgate!
Everyone call the California public utility commission and file a complaint in the passenger carrier division! Also CHP for safety concerns, stop him from victimizing more people on there special day!

I don’t even think they deserve the one star!

When you pay a specific amount of money for 8 hours of drive time, and when you call within those 8 hours to get picked up and the driver responds with «it will take me 45 minutes just to pick you up and your only 10 minutes away from your hotel, can you just take a cab?» Your just left in awe… how this company is still in business I have no idea…

This had to have been the worst customer service I have ever in countered. I payed to have a party bus pick 7 guest and myself up from corona and drive us to Vegas and back. I also payed extra for the bus to stay in Vegas so we can be drivin around the city. So at about 4pm Saturday I was told by the driver he can’t drive us anywhere after 7pm because he is over his 8 hours of driving for the day. We had he take us 2 places. He had a girl with him and it seemed like he just wanted the evening to himself.
So now I had to pay more for another company to drive us around at night. I got no discount no refund all I got from the driver and the company were excuses.
Also the bus was so hot every time we got picked up I would have had a better time walking from one side if the strip to the other.
This company is crap and I would never ever ever ever use them again or tell anyone else to use them. Just such a horrible time and a waste of my hard earned money.
